Metro Auto Glass

Brilliant service. I found Metro Auto Glass after researching many stores for replacing my car's broken rear window. As this is my first time, I was really confused to chose a reliable place. I decided to choose Metro Auto Glass based on possitive reviews and their obvious information, and I wasn't wrong. It was a bit difficult to contact them from the beginning because it seemed they were quite busy, hence you might need a bit patience. Then, I experienced a brilliant service. I tried to ask them all of my concerns and they always was patience to response my enquires. They was pleasure to support me either I used their provided glass or an OEM glass if I supposed to. After that, a man came to me on time and replaced the glass in less than 30 minutes. Addiontionally, he tried to be honest with me and brought his advices in neutral, also supported me to fix a small car's trim issue. What an excellent service! I totally satisfied with the result and his workmanship. I give 4 stars because I believe there is still a space for improvement if they can response their pre-booking support a bit quicker.

Michael is the best. I have called him up and was able to schedule and complete the windscreen replacement the next day. He is thorough and he walked me through the whole process of replacement. Very professional and very good value. Im very happy I was able to book through Metro Auto Glass. Would definitely recommend.

Michael is exceptional. Do yourself a favour if you every need a windscreen replaced, this guy really knows his stuff. I cannot say
how impressed I am. Why the hell the NRMA don't demand their customers use him is beyond me.

Michael did a great job of replacing my windscreen and when there was an issue months later (a manufacturing issue, not any fault of his) he was there ASAP and made sure everything was fixed. He was so friendly and understanding. 10/10 experience

Micheal was brilliant. Friendly, fast & professional. He even suggested a Honda performance place for us to check out while we were in Sydney.
