Michael and his colleague from Metro Auto Glass did an excellent job fixing my shattered rear window. I requested a job on Monday morning and they fixed my car window the next day. The service was so quick and I appreciate the regular updates from the team. 10/10 would recommend their service. Big thanks for all your help.

Had a chipped & cracked windscreen replaced at Metro Auto Glass South Strathfield yesterday (Monday). Only took an hour, including re-alignment of driver assist cameras. Small lounge with tea & coffee upstairs. Installer (forgot name) was set up when I arrived, friendly happy to answer questions. Very competitive price. One car space so pre book essential & job gets done straight away. Thoroughly recommended. John G

The response to my initial enquiry was fast. The quote came through quickly. When I asked if the product complied with Australian standards and if the technician was fully qualified the answer to both was yes. The price was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper which is why I asked those questions. Even though they came to me there was no extra charge for that, extremely convenient. I didn’t have to wait too long for the technician to come, I was given a time within less than 24 hours compared to almost a week’s wait with other companies which was great because the crack in my windscreen was so bad I was scared to drive with it and I need my car! I was kept well informed of when to expect the technician. He actually arrived early. He was professional, efficient, fast, friendly, polite. He took pride in his work. When my husband tried the windscreen wipers to make sure they worked ok the technician went back to the windscreen to polish it up nicely again. I couldn’t be happier with this company and Michael the technician.

Tyros was really friendly and professional and I was reassured he knew what he was doing and I was in good hands. I also got a chance to wipe out all the gunk off my vents during the process which is great. I really love my new windscreen it's like i got an upgrade it's got a lovely blue shaded bit at the top which helps with sunglare I didn't have that in the old one. The happiest ending to a badluck event i.e windscreen crack I really couldn't be happier Metro Auto Glass also offered me the best price and good quality glass. Thankyou so much Samantha? ️

Excellent customer service experience. I thought I had a leak after installation (I didn’t, the issue was nothing to do with the replacement glass work) and the manager rang me back immediately and sent their technician over again to check the work the same day. All was fine. And the technician was great as well (Tyrus).
