It was my first time using their service. I was really happy with the work that was done on my car! I would recommend Metro Auto Glass to anyone who is looking to get their glass work done.

Great service from Metro Auto Glass on our 2018 Volvo XC90. I was provided with a fast and price competitive quote. I was able to get an appointment at my home in what I would consider a very reasonable time. Turned up on time, was very polite and friendly, was very neat and tidy. They were able to handle and recalibrate the windscreen on our modern car plus provide a diagnostics report to show all the safety features etc.were working again. A lot better service that having to deal with the dealer

These guys were great - they were able to come out next day and fix my broken window regulator (even though this was not technically a glass issue) for a very reasonable price, all with minimum fuss, on time arrival and very professional. Thank you!

Windscreen got chipped on a Friday arvo and in the heat had spread to a 1 metre crack by Saturday. Spoke with the Metro team on the Saturday morning, they'd ordered in the glass and had it all installed by the Monday afternoon! And at a very reasonable price too, and with lovely service both on the phone and with the technician in person. Thanks team!

Emailed several companies, only Metro got back to me with a quote in less than an hour. They respond to your email questions instantly. Provided me with a next day booking, the technician arrived on the minute of the booking, not a second late. Told me it would treasure an hour, it took an exact hour. Excellent service. And price? They were over HALF the price of the biggest competitor in the game, and ironically, they use that competitors glass supply! Unreal service. Next time I need an auto glass service, I won't go shopping, I'll just call Metro. Don't bother shopping yourself. Thanks again!

Would definitely recommend these guys! Everyone I spoke to over the phone was so nice and helpful. Their quote was the best I found & they were able to help me in a timely manner. Lewis was very friendly and did an amazing job at replacing my back windshield and cleaning up all the shattered glass in my car.

Left wiper arm loose see pictures almost killing someone in the heavy rain on free way also destroying arms and windscreen.
Denying fault or refusing to repair.
Will be taking legal action.

The front windscreen of my car was smashed during a storm on Sunday evening. I contacted Metro Auto Glass on Monday am, and they arranged for someone to come to my house by Tuesday am.

Not only did they do a high quality replacement job.they also cleaned the outside of my car which was covered in storm/tree debris! Fast, on time, good value, an excellent service, plus also taking that little extra step to go beyond what they are meant to do. Definite 5 stars.

Right from the first email with my quote I knew they were VERY professional. Not leaving out any details about the job, requirements, location. Ect. I asked for advice about my windscreen and they gladly gave it with reassurance.
The job was completed in the most tody and organised workshop I have ever seen. Was like my car was at a spa day hahaha. Not to mention free coffee, water, cookies, lounge suite with TV conveniently located upstairs in privacy.
The technician was very accommodating, professional and helpful. He even vacuumed the the glass I forgot to clean off my seat and floor.
Everything from start to finish was a delightful experience, and even though I live half hour away, I will never go anywhere else from now on.

Spoke with Michael. I live at Ryde. After discussing my availability due to work/workhours said he was happy to come to my workplace (St Leonards) and replace the windscreen there. Gave me the day and 1 hour window to expect him and he was right on time. Very professional set up. Very happy. Also, $200 cheaper than I was quoted by another business. Best in the Biz.dont bother ringing around, Michael and the team will look after you for the best price and the workmanship is faultless. He replaced my Audi RS3 windscreen super quick and calibrated all of the sensors etc. Everything works flawlessly. Will be using Metro Auto Glass for everything windscreen related moving foward.

By far the best auto glass experience I've encountered. They worked on my S2000 and could easily accommodate my request to have the old rubber seal replaced with a new genuine one while keeping the old glass. They were very careful and methodical with their approach and we're very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, especially any one with delicate older JDM cars.

Great job on the windscreen but even better, they fixed a rattle in my dashboard that's been driving me nuts for 2yrs. Highly recommend.

Michael replaced my rear window about one year ago. It was done quick and professional. Everything was perfect until recently I suspected a problem with my the rear window. I got in touch with Michael and he responded quickly to my enquiry. Even though it was very last minute, Michael still put me into his busy schedule and met with me the time I required. He was very thorough and delicate and tried to locate the issue. After a good 1.5 hour he discovered for me that it wasnt even from the window job he did, it was from somewhere else. Despite his time spent and not being his problem, he did not charge me anything and also tried to help me fix it a bit.

I could not be happier with Michael's service and am very grateful that I came to him one year ago. He is responsible, reliable and professional. I would give him a 10 star review if possible! Thank you so much man!

The team from Metro Auto Glass are the best! Quick service, great communication and update along the whole process. It may what is often a stressful process easy. We broke our rear window on our Renault Clio on a Saturday, got the quote straight away and booked in for Monday replacement. They arrived on time, super friendly, cleaned/vacuumed the excess glass, removed the old broken bits and installed a new screen in under an hour! I would highly recommended them.
