I would have given five stars as the Dr and nurse who were on were lovely.
The girl at reception.rude and argumentative. Evidently if you are under 70 and have a pre existing condition that makes you eligible for the Covid vax, you must bring proof of the condition. That was not alluded to online or in my follow up phone call. I advised that she was welcome to call Nepean Hospital Coronary Care unit, and confirm my CAD and heart attack last year.
Disappointing.

Have no manners and they both have a bad attitude. But old lady was little better than others.
I am complaining about 2 young ladies one with glasses she looks like she will make everyone sick. No smile at all on her face and Zero CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.she must be relative of owner.so I want to advise owner to keep eye on cameras so you can see.

Came in at 4.25pm asked to see the first available doctor for a our baby's vaccine, was told 25 mins wait, now it's 6.15pm and only now we are leaving. Took 1.5 hours for a doctor to see us. Doctor didn't even ask about allergies, and did not check out our baby

Every single time I came in. It takes an hour and a half wait. This is really not good. Please do not come here if u want to be treated quickly otherwise its ur choice to stay till late.

Amazing service. I went in with my daughter really bad persistent cough and wasn’t comfortable being in the waiting area with others just in case it is contagious. They allowed me to sit in the nurse waiting area and classed us as urgent. I was seen too immediately and my daughter was given a very thorough examination. The chemist on site was just as great. Service was fantastic and was very empathetic- not something you get in todays society.

Terrible place. Very dirty and unhygenic. I was a patient here for 15 years until I caught gastro from their facility when only was there for a general check up. Also need to add the rude foreigners that own it and that Dr side soddika is the worse doctor I have experienced in my life. Never coming back. Terrible to loose a family doctor. Time to look for a new one.

Great medical centre, little busy from 8am til bout 11am or so like any other. Dr Sabina is fantastic, thorough and more than caring & professional.

Dr Sabina, very thorough and caring for a fast check up or detailed diagnosis. No appointment needed. Can be a long wait.

Hi.wanted to post again sitting waiting for our mother in law. Our previous Dr here has left started care with a Dr Afhsin for her care. It was noted by previous comments he was rude. As a clinical nurse specialist he was fantastic. Kind caring he did listen his knowledge was vast and accurate. He is a true asset to this medical centre. With his care we are already on the way to getting my mother in law the care she needs for her mental health.

Dr Sabina beautiful and caring. Dr afshkin has no people skills. Not very caring. Speaks down to you and made me feel awful. Will never see him again.
Dr Lillian the physchologist is amazing and also very caring. Receptionist could be a little more welcoming

Overall all doctors are good except Dr. Afshin. Unfortunately I along with my family visited him more than 4-5 times but each time its useless because he is not able to diagnosed patient completely. Today my wife visited her ear check up and he recommended to clean all wax through machine in one go rather give some wax drops. Anyways as soon nurse starts cleaning, my wife had a severe pain that nurse has to call to Dr. Afshin for urgent advice and he later ask to stop the process and advice to use ear drops first.
On the other hand, my wife got serious pain that panadol tablets didn't effects and we have to rush to emergency at Nepean hospital. I would suggest to see any available doctor's except Dr. Afshin.

Lastly always make your mind ready to wait for 45 min to 1 hr & 30 min for your turn.

Dr Sabina is a great doctor. Always spends the time to help and assist you and is very thorough with her investigations.

Ridiculous service. No point of making appointment, was for my baby, told that wasn't appointment time we booked at instead it's walk in time. Baby feeding room was locked and was told someone is in there, unlocked for someone else later.
Will not recommend to anyone.

I was happy with the service I received from the Doctors here. It feels like they actually care. It's real busy in the mornings. Although, I find after midday the waiting times are much shorter.

One of the best and most efficient medical centres I have ever visited. Dr Khan exemplifies the way every doctor should treat his/her patient. Thank you once again Dr Khan and the whole team.

Highly recommended. Go anytime of time of the day always four to five doctors too chose from. Dr. Dhillon highly recommend

Doctors are very nice. Receptionist (maryam) was rude and was conveying my message to doctor inside in a negative way. She was giving the impression that i have created a scene outside. She has very bad customer service. She doesn't know how deal with patients.

My baby was hungry and i was requesting only to be seen on time as we were waiting from half an hour beyond appointment time.
Handled by dr akber. He is very nice person.
Nurse inside the treatment room was very nice also.

The best way to spoil your day. Called 4 times to speak to nurse to confirm if my blood test results are back. Never returned my call. I was told by the doctor previously if i am picking up my results i don't have to wait again in the queue. But i am not forced to wait in the queue.
