Dr Nima was great and very thorough. Practice was nice and clean and ladies at the desk as friendly as always

Edit: Closes at 7: 30. Stops taking patients at 4: 30. Posted opening hours are fake.
Original: Their opening hours mean it's easier to get here than my regular doctor. Everyone was very kind. I went away after seeing the doctor still waiting for treatment, though, until I can get results etc from my regular GP. It is so difficult organising this that I don't know if I can stand it. I am fat, female, middle aged and shy and I'm always left feeling like if I don't have the strength to fight for care then I don't get it. And I don't have the strength. Everyone was very kind, but I'm not their problem.

Today I came in for an iron infusion, after my consult with Dr Biswas I was sent to reception but was told to sit down again. I had no instructions on where to wait, so I sat close to the Drs office. Dr Biswas saw me sitting there and seemed annoyed. I told him I was instructed to sit by reception. He approached the girl at reception and exchanged words. I mentioned that I wasn't told where to sit. The Dr then directed me to the "Nurses waiting area" and impatiently asked where my prescription was. He had not given me one during my consultation. Once I had settled into the room and my forms were signed, the Dr came in and asked if I had a good vein. I showed him my right forearm and then Dr Biswas made comments to the nurse "She's big " "not good ", "I'm going in blind". After the cannula was inserted, he said to the nurse "Thank God I got it in" And to me he said, Do you know where I used to work? South Africa. And the women there were big big big mamas (He used his hands as gesures to emphesize his point) and they had black skin and you can't see the vein. He was sharing his story as a comparison to his experience with me. I left feeling belittled, embarrassed and upset. I hope Dr Biswas will read this, repent and be more mindful in future.

However, my previous experience was exceptional and I am grateful that these services are offered.

Dr Khan was great and incredibly helpful with my sons circumcision, he explained the procedure and aftercare with my partner and I thoroughly which definitely helped us feel more comfortable with this decision. The nurse that was helping Dr Khan was incredibly helpful as well showing us how to change his nappy and how to apply barrier cream correctly etc 10/10 experience.

2 hour wait and the doctor told me he’d be too busy to take me on as a new patient.
Reception staff were lovely at least…

Reception staff were very pleasant and polite. There was a short wait time and the doctor was very efficient with his diagnosis.

Poor performance all the time.
Called the reception for a refferal letter done by the doctor and doctor mentionedit will be send by them.
Called once. We haven't got it from the doctor was the answer.
Called second time.same answer.

Atleast they could inform the doctor or something. Two days and have to chase the letter again.

We couldn't recommend this centre any higher. We were visiting from another state when on day 2 our pre-schooler keeps having high-grade fevers. We called in and were asked to come, even without appointment we were able to walk in and got seen by a doctor within 10 minutes. The team were efficient, professional and very knowledgeable.

Using services of Penrith Medical and Fitness Centre for more than 10 years now and service never disappoints me. Early mornings open hours and open 7 days/week working for me very well. Very friendly and professional staff, variety of services (GP, Nurse, Dentist, Dietitian, Optometrist, pharmacy, lists goes on), convenient location, plenty of on site parking. Highly recommend.

Needed a Doctor in a hurry as wait for my own GP was three weeks. Rang and got in the day of the call, saw a lovely Dr.and was out within the hour with my prescription. Highly recommended. Oh, and bulk billed as well. Bonus!

Very busy centre, doctors very good and receptionists smiling and very helpful. In same centre also a good dentist among other specialists.

To summarise, no time respect for telephonic appointment regardless of patient health condition is very bad.
Useless to have this medical centre in the proximity. Business just open for making money. You can’t attend centre due to cold or flu like symptoms or COVID contracted. Neither given a basic consultation on time, regardless of patient health deteriorating. Not asking for priority, just a standard consultation on time. Center disregard customer feedback. Ring me if you need a genuine feedback. Thanks

The staff from my first jab, second and booster have always been very polite and helpful when making the bookings. The nursing staff were excellent with me as I have a needle phobia and they were very understanding and did what I requested. The medical centre is a very friendly area to be if your sick. Thank you to all for their wonderful friendly service
