Medical and Fitness Centre

I've been going here for a few years now. I even moved from the area and still come here! I always found it very hard to go back to the same doctor, but have felt super welcomed by the my doctor here and the reception staff. Wait times are reasonable and there is the option to do a telehealth session after your initial appointment. I highly reccomend Dr David Sun!

Everyone, from the Admin Staff, to the nurses, to my wonderful Dr Sabina. I wish you all knew how much you’ve helped me and my family. Dr Sabina, you saved me and my family. LITERALLY! No one has ever worked so hard, for every single patient you have. I did pray for help, and my prayers were answered. Thank you all! Xxx

The First Available system (software) at this practice is broken, and consistently sees a longer wait time and people appearing to jump the queue, ahead of you.

This rating is solely related to this aspect, as this has been an issue for as long as my family and myself having going here.

The doctors, staff are good and organisation around the COVID-19 bookings was commendable, showing there is ability for a better experience in bookings, and minimising wait times.

Always pleasant and professional staff Dr. Khan is a wonderful doctor who always listens and has the utmost care and compassion.

I have been very happy with this clinic. They have been very professional and friendly when helping out with my children's healthcare needs such as vaccinations and various ailments. I also managed to get my son circumcised here when he was a newborn, and Dr Khan was great with that.

This has been our medical centre since my Son was born. He had a vomiting bug. Plus also a nasty infection in his finger. The Dr was wonderful and the nurses were amazing! My 7 year old got so much attention he did even know his finger had been cleaned up, he said Ohh I have a magic band aid! Thank you to all that looked after him (and me)

Dr Akbar is very prodessional and a good doctor.all the working staff is also very professional nd helpful.

Always friendly staff. Wait times are fairly good for walk ins. Online booking with Hot Docs is easy and appointments are usually fairly in time. Phone appointments also offered. Nurses are also lovely and friendly.

This is the best place to go for your medical problems. I am completly satisfied with the arrangements. No long waitings and all the doctors are really good.

One of the best medical centres I have visited, I have been going to the centre for many years, although I have no issue in seeing any doctor on duty I have settled with one doctor who has taken my personal health and well being into her care. The centre also provides many other related medical health care which is great as an all in one.

I had a heart transpland April 2020 and have been seeing DR Saadia Sabir for approximately 3yrs and the service provided is outstanding. Great friendly staff. Many services under the one roof.

I have seen two Doctors at this medical centre. Thank be in person and one for a phone consult. Both were very nice and very professional. They were very busy but we were seen quickly.

Booked for covid vaccine. Told person when they took the booking of my allergies and listed them. Got there before time on date of my booking and they didn’t have me in the system, then refused due to allergies without letter from my usual dr. Ended up going elsewhere for vaccine. Would g recommend this place.

Great receptionist service. The doctor is very competent and caring towards his patients. Head nurse is very skilled and caring.

Absolutely spot on service. Got a my sons circumcision done here and Dr Khan was the best. Dont go anywhere else.

I had my covid vaccination at this medical centre. The practice itself was clean and orderly, with social distancing and hygiene practices clearly maintained. My treatment was professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend Penrith Medical and Fitness Centre.

I went to this medical centre for the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. They demonstrated very efficient and friendly service and explained everything to my parter in both great detail and an easily understandable manner.
