Poor service. Bought my car which had no issues, took it for a standard checkup and left the service center with a issue I never had before. Called to complain but they said they would charge me for their time to investigate what they stuffed up.

Very disappointed today.main car concern not been done! So shocked when picking up thinking the car is all good. I thought they didnt even do anything.now I have to go back again for 3rd time.waste of time and money.

Service staff are friendly and helpful.
Ive booked many work cars in for services here last minute and they always manage to squeeze our cars in same day or next.
Parking is not ideal, but they do have free coffee and cake in the lounge ;-)

Expect delays and frustration with this lot. They only care about their bottom line. Terrible customer service.

We waited too long at Mitsubishi. The double book cars. If your going to service your car be ready to be at least 4-5 hours with out your car.

After dealing with my shocking local Mitsubishi dealer more then happy to drive to sort out my car with thesr guys. Service if awesome, very efficient and fix what you want fixed without any arguments. And if they make an error they admit and fix it up without a hassle.

Arrived on time but they didn't open until 5mins later while everyone else was waiting outside. First in first served last served. Made a booking for Thursday but got a confirmation text for a day earlier. Asked them twice to update personal details and was told to do it on the next service.

Was very skeptical. But this service center knew I had an Evo, and asked for a person who deals with evos the most to work on the car.

He even parked far so there's no people to ding my car.

Excellent service to the team and that chap!
