Am very happy with our recent purchase of Mitsubishi Outlander from McGrath Mitsubishi Liverpool. Our sales consultant, Ms Nusrat Ali has been awesome throughout the process. Good customer service and excellent communication and updates from our sales consultant made the process smooth until the handover of our vehicle. This is our second purchase with McGrath Liverpool and I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is considering buying any Mitsubishi vehicle. Happy customer.

Service terrible try to up sell you something every time you service car. Try to up sell you when you sign contract for car. Service Manager extremely rude and terrible attitude will not go back for my next new car

I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Triton 21 model $43,000 that cost me. My wife takes it in to have a service done. She asks is there a hairdressers around here? She was told you can walk to Westfield. It'll do you the world of good Westfield's is over an hour's walk away ask them to realign the rear tailgate because it was not lining up on the driver's side properly from the day we bought it but because I put soft drop struts on the tailgate because it was too heavy for my wife because I had done this they would not realign the tailgate we were not asking it to be under warranty. I would have paid for it. We just asking for it to be done. I will be taking it to a service center elsewhere from now on.

Hi guys, heads up! My company bought Triton from Mitsubishi Liverpool great staff and every went well.

On the First service Mitsubishi took the triton and two days later had engine light turned on. Took back many times but unfortunately gave me excuses cleared the light and comes back on the second or third day.

2years later engine light is still on ‍️ The vehicle was serviced only at Mitsubishi Liverpool.

After my last experience with service team I was dumbfounded at the poor service. The courtesy car was low in patrol/wasn’t clean regular customer every 15,000 to 20,000 or so goes in for service.

I have called Mobile mechanic to the site and found heaps problems and said they haven’t replaced nothing and showed me all the parts he done. All I can say is wow really!

Please guys take note Mitsubishi is great but the staff in service desk and mechanic needs to wake up or find another job! However George at the front service desk is very nice and highly recommended to speak to him when booking.

Had my car serviced on 7th Feb. This being 3rd capped service at the centre. I noticed a fair bit of scratch on the bumper after I picked up my car. Raised the issue with them. They did show me the footage taken hours after I dropped my car saying it was brought damaged with no conclusive evidence. The only time I didn't drive my car was during that 4 hrs and accused me for lying. Didn't admit the fault and the person was rude. You have lost a customer and a bit of advice for people, please take a 360deg photo before and after as trust is a big issue with them. Big lesson.

Over prised service, they will call you and ask for more money, avoid servicing your car with them!

Pretty mediocre dealer.

I searched far and wide throughout NSW for a Mitsubishi and I'd say McGrath Liverpool were only above Campbelltown who were the worst I dealt with.

I originally rang in the morning and was told all sales were busy, so I left a message with the receptionist just asking if they had a Triton in available for a test drive. Didn't hear back for 4 hours and I was in the Liverpool area so decided to go in. They had one and I took a Triton for a test drive, took a while to get a salesman etc. Just not the smoothest experience.

About an hour later the same salesman who I got the test drive through rang me completely oblivious who I was. Took a few attempts explaining I had already come in and test driven one before he got it.

Fair enough, they are a busy showroom I get it.

When I was actually attempting to buy a new car later, they couldn't match the price but kept offering me 'premium white and black plates' like it's a selling point.

Got my car for a better price than they offered in the colour I wanted with 'premium plates'.

They aren't bad but they definitely wouldn't be my go to next time I buy a Mitsubishi.

As a long term customer I'm very disappointed with my car service it's over priced air-conditioning not good as before and i been charged for fixing last year $275 this time less work on more than 3 times cost then last year im honestly think it isn't far im so upset about if youhave any suggestions or solutions that we can continue work with each other call me or text me thanks in advance,

I take my new car for service every year. Great service and workmanship. Maybe a bit pricey for extra services

Excellent service on a used car purchase, and a pleasurable experience overall. Noticed an issue with the car on the day of pickup, which was promptly booked in for repair with a replacement part and no hassles.

One of the biggest mistakes I've done was buy a Mitsubishi first time and last time the service is shocking and the customer is always wrong, with them they act like they want to help and give you the run around especially Nick and Sunny

Service staff and managers are running mafia business. I suggest never service your car or if it an mechanical problem. They will rip you off hard earned money.
One star is generous, if i could i would give -100 star.

They saved my Triton!
I had an electrical issue that 2 other dealers could not fix and McGrath was recommended to me by a friend so i tried one more time and success they fixed it.
The service team were very helpful and easy to deal with they kept me updated along the way and they kept it simply so i could understand.
It is a well oiled machine. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had paid $500 to book Outlander two weeks back, but, I couldn't proceed with it. However, the finance manager told me that he will not refund it even though I did not sign the contract. I contacted other Mitsubishi providers and they told that is their responsibility to return the money back to customer if contract is not signed. I will never suggest McGrath Mitsubishi.

Customer service was outstanding, Sunni, Nick and other staffs were very professional and welcoming that definitely left a very good impression on my mother. To the point that she’s been wanting to buy another car from them aha. Will definitely be coming back again:)

Sales team is good, but vehicle service is the worst. Either obsolete equipment or incompetent staff not sure which is which. You never get a problem rectified, you will even be accused of making up things. Buy from them but get your vehicle serviced elsewhere unless you love stress
