Great service by Nusrat Ali. Highly recommended. It's been almost 2 month since i bout the Triton and I still get phone calls from Mitsubishi to see haw am i going with the car i have never had so good service from any other sales places.

I would give zero stars if it was a option as they are not even worth a star. Worst service technicans. Bought my triton in for a warranty claim in regards to making a noise when accelerating. Left the car their from 8am - 4pm & they claim they have found the issue and fixed it and that they test drove it to confirm the noise is gone. Well i came in to pick it up and after leaving the service centre i Immediately hear the noise again. Clearly they did NOT fix the issue. Useless.

Been a customer for a couple of years now and have smoothly bought several used cars in the past so I went in to buy my daughter a car. Let me tell you the manager is one of the most arrogant, self righteous people I have come across, he was too busy talking nonsense and speaking over me to even listen to what I wanted and kept wasting time! Won’t be returning any time soon, lost a loyal customer. Went to Subaru and got 10x better service and the car I wanted.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Definately see Whetu, he went above and beyond for us and Adrien was very helpful also in securing my car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car to purchase from these guys!

Whetu was very helpful all throughout the process, professional, friendly and polite. I cant say the same to Ben Nguyen who had been so rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. Ive never felt so embarassed in my life. He's horrible in his job and gave terrible customer service.

If you want to test drive a 2nd car you have to buy it first apparently. Whats the point of a test drive then and they offer you peanuts for your car in return but their car is golden. They are nice to you until your turn your back.keep clear i will never buy a car from them

Says one thing over the phone to get you in then once you’re there, says otherwise. Bunch of time wasters with their overpriced used vehicles, if I could give a minus star I would. Look elsewhere people!

Worst experience ever. I brought my car for a service there, part of waranty package. They said I need wipers, and the wipers were fine before I get my car there. I find out they replace my wipers with their own one as my car is Honda and wilers I found on my car from Mitz. Cheap
