Georgia White was fantastic at handling my enquiries and application for a property. Although I didn’t get it in the end, she would be an excellent asset to have for anyone looking for expert property manager!

I have been renting for almost two decades now and I have to say, one of the BEST AND MOST POSITIVE experience has been with McGrath Cronulla. We rented with them for almost 7 years and they never dropped the ball once. After having so many bad experiences, it was almost unreal to experience such support and care which makes the world's difference when you are renting. A special shoutout to Carly King, who in my opinion is just a gem! One thing is for sure, if we ever think of buying, we will definitely go with McGrath Cronulla. It is sad that we couldn't continue renting with them as due to Covid, we had to go with what was available. I highly recommend these guys!

The team at McGrath were such a pleasure to deal with as a tenant. They made the whole process of renting very easy and were always available to answer questions and were quick to act when things at the property needed attention.

I am appalled by the level of service provided by your agency during the negotiation of this sale. We have had to chase numerous times only to receive rude or argumentative responses.

We also weren’t given an opportunity to negotiate the price even though we had capacity to exceed the final sales price.

The property had been on the market for 95 days prior to selling and I can understand why when the agent in question, Russell Williams could not respond to emails or calls.

Had Harry Do a routine inspection during the week, he turned up on time and got on with the inspection in a business like manner.
I had to reschedule a couple of times and Harry was great and got back to me quickly.
Overall a good experience

The staff i had experience with past 7 years all were great, specially my last agent Georgia White very nice and helpfull fast response, glad that she was my agent

Had a routine inspection today, hope Harry will stay at Cronulla branch for a while as I have been in this unit for! 5 years with a different person for each inspection. Harry called me before he attended found him to be very courteous and efficient, I would feel comfortable for him to attend if I am not available for my next routine inspection.

Dear Harry, As far as I am concerned it's five stars for you. You were prompt efficient, polite, professional. If I had a business I would poach you from your current employer. They are lucky to have an employee such as yourself working for them.

After a rocky start with McGrath Cronulla, they have hired a property manager called Georgia White who has been amazing. Quick response times, very helpful and very friendly. Excellent service - appears they are building a very good property management team at the moment.

Have had no problems with the team a McGrath. Routine inspections have always been carried out smoothly and conveniently. The communication is good and maintenance requests have been acted on and resolved in minimal time and without fuss. I would recommend them.
