Shockingly, they didn't even recognize who I was or which property I was inquiring about during our subsequent interactions.

As both a tenant and landlord I would not recommend the services of McGrath Cronulla to anyone. We recently ceased a tenancy of three years with McGrath. During this time it was never clear who our property manager was, maintenance issues took a long time to be resolved and communication was poor (emails were very rarely responded to). As stated in other reviews, they are very behind on paying water bills - this should be concerning for all current/prospective landlords. When it came time to hold inspections to find a new tenant, they did not bring their own keys to the inspections and also turned up late, meaning we were left with prospective future tenants standing awkwardly on our doorstep. As someone who is also a landlord I can assure you there are far better property agencies in the Sutherland Shire who will do a much better job of caring for your property for you.

Terrible experience i apply to a property they listed for rent submit my application call them the whole week never get an answer except still on the process almost 2 weeks now unlike other real estate agent they call me the next day when I submit my application

Worst realestate ever!
Especially having to dealing with a very rude Property manager MEGAN!

They never answer there phones it’s very frustrating so when u have an emergency u can’t get through to anyone.

Terrible experience with the agency, we are waiting for the reply for the agent for weeks. No reply on the emails neither phone calls. Today we are going to proceed this case to the court.

Went to see a property last weekend and it was the first viewing. The real estate agents had little information about a property in the vicinity of 2.7m and even gave wrong information on the spot. As a motivated buyer I expect a professional and knowledgeable agent that knows his product inside out. This is what is wrong with the industry. Too many agents in their fancy suits and cars with big loan repayments trying to look smart instead of educating themselves with the product and the clientele that is going to buy their products. This ultimately leads to a disconnect and a buyer that will not pay that little extra. Very disappointed with mcgrath cronulla and appears very unprofessional. There are a few really good ones I have met such as Jon Brookes or dax de traubenberg who are absolute standouts in the market knowing every single detail, educated, not fancy and respectful. Mcgrath will not get my business unless they go back to the basics and that is: professional, knowledgeable, inquisitive, respectful.

My Father Colin owns a few properties that are managed by Jamie and he wanted me to write a review to thank Jamie for all the hard work and effort. He wanted to make a point that he knows over the years he has been a bit harsh but Jamie has always heard him out and carried out the tasks with utmost professionalism. My dad has not been well for a while now, this has caused him to be short tempered, I do apologise for this and thank you for being so patient with him.
