I bought my first property in Riverstone, through this McGrath realestateI in Rouse hill. The sales manager, Phillip Nicholas, was extremely helpful to me on buying, organising and negotiating procedures with the owners. I haven't met Phillip but communication with him through email and phone was so easy while I was working far from Sydney.

Since I bought the property, the Rental Property Management help me with finding a tenant for the property. I met "Simonne Rojas" the property manager, at the end of my tenant left the property. She was such a nice person, easy to communicate with and helpful during the time I had the tenant in the property.
I strongly recommend anyone to use this realestate in the surrounding areas of Rouse hill.

The agents don't care about responses, they have to be reminded. They charge you double and if caught, apologies but if not, you are taken for granted. Quality of property management at Rouse Hill McGrath office has deteorated significantly, this is completely my personal experience and is not aimed at any particular person.

I have had so far very good experience with Simone Bellette and Olivia Johnstone from McGrath with my properties. They both have been ver consistent and professional in assisting me with finding a new tenant in current COV-19 situation. Really appreciate their help and would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thanks

We saw message at domain that 22 wentworth street in ponds is already leased, but no one ever showed up at the property even though the inspection time was advertised couple of times, we wasted our time twice by waiting there during inspection time. At first they didn't had the keys! And second no agent! We called several times but no one was picking up, we left several msgs but no one called back and never apologised as well. Now its leased? Thats truly unprofessional and unacceptable. Thankfully we didn't get the chance to connect with, God saved us.

Very disappointed! Being Gazumped is the worse thing. I thought this was illegal to practice but apparently not to Stephen at this agency. Tread carefully everyone when dealing here

I was very impressed with Emma Goodman at a recent rental inspection I attended on the 25/07/2020 at The Ponds. There was a large crowd and she managed the COVID19 situation and took control of the inspection with absolute proffesionalism.

Highly disappointed with overall service, we trusted the lease of our home to McGrath Rouse Hill for a year. Unfortunately the tenants McGrath placed in our home were not the best tenants to have. After a year and so many repairs we got our home back. With so many damages caused by the tenants in which McGrath failed to report. This was caused by the fact that McGrath failed to perform the exit condition report because they didn’t have time. Really? The for lease sign was left in our property for a year as well. We only managed to recover a small proportion of the damages as we didn’t want the hassle of taken the matter to the tribunal. The most disappointing thing was that McGrath failed to recognized thanks eir failure as agent to look after our property, we ended up spending more than $5K in repairing the lawn, trimming edges, hiring machinery and skip bins to dispose of all garden growth and huge amounts dog poo and dog hair.
Very disappointed with a brand that promise premium service and customer service, the words are no more that a mission statement written on a website and annual report, they are failing to live the values they stand for.

Managing agents do their best to keep rental properties on the market looking good on the outside and inside before inspection days

Do not recommended McGrath to anyone, very un-professional, poor communication and organisational skills, placed the wrong address on the advertisement for our property, they advised us to reduce the rent by $40 a week even though we rented through another agency for the original asking price, they don't answer their calls, they continue to change property managers without telling us, they dont tell us how the inspection went we had to ring every time, they dont follow through with requests, we are still waiting for items we left in the apartment that were not given back to us.and they dont get back to us I would avoid.

Strongly recommend Phil Nicholas if your selling your house, the effort he goes to for the seller is great. He provides daily updates and is prepared to work 24/7 to get a good result.
