2 weeks post settlement & still waiting on several keys to our new home as promised by Sales Agent Gagan Bindra. A day before settlement were told 'all keys and remotes are back at the office', then come to find out were missing window, laundry door and sliding door keys an hour after settlement! Made a formal complaint to his superior Kon Stathopoulos and he's just as useless. Who sells a house without keys?

The Partner/licenced agent Brett at McGrath Northwest (office in Stanhope Gardens) is amazing! My wife and I needed a qualified person to witness our signature on some legal documents re buying an investment property (we are not even buying it from McGrath). Brett went out his way to help us and witnessed our signature. He had no obligation to do that since we weren't his client. This shows what an amazing person he is and the friendliness and helpfulness of his team, including the ladies working at the reception. We felt absolutely welcome and looked after. It says a lot of what type of people Brett and the McGrath NorthWest staff are from how they've made my wife and me feel. Thank you we truly appreciate it!

Unprofessional & bad Customer service.
We recently applied for a property listed by them in Quaker Hills 33D Douglas Road, after applying for the property we have not received any communication from them, when we called after two days we were assured a call back which was never done, then the property was leased & not a single notification was send about our application being rejected or not accepted nor was this updated on the website that deposit has been taken.
I had to call after 2 weeks to know this has been leased already. They expect customers to be professional with them but they will not have basic eticate to inform if their application has not been accepted.

We knew we would go with Ruma the minute we met her, there was empathy, authenticity and the connection was instant. Communication with Brad, Ruma and team was really easy, they kept us updated at each step of the process. The feedback they provided, helped us at every step. Wouldn't think of anyone else other than Ruma if and when we're selling next time.
