Always on the seller side. Not transparent. Very nice till you sign the contract, then disappear. It was very difficult to get simple stuff from the owner, like warranty and other documentation.

The owner wanted to take some stuff which fixed into the wall, and the agent was on their side even though I said the wall would get broken.

Once I said I am not going to sign the contract, if you took them and damaged the wall, then they stepped back.

There was a tablet part of what they called an automation system. The tablet got broken by the owner when we went to take the key. Agent ignorese us when we ask for a replacement.

I will avoid this company with this bad experience and not being transparent.

I had an amazing time with Ruma and Ansh. They were so helpful helping me selling our house. Absolutely great service and very responsible and responsive. Highly recommend.

An interesting backstory for us as a family when we first met Ruma through my parents back in 2016-17 looking for a home. Through the journey Ruma kept in touch with us and over time saw our boys grow and as luck had it with a promise she made, we bought this property of Ruma from the vendors Ruma re-presented back in 2019.
Fast forward several years and we decide to put our house in the market. We had spoken with two other leading agencies and was close to deciding on one. Our boys then reminded us of Ms. Ruma’s name back, not for the sale but for having seen the “Porsche” recently. We spoke about the positioning the sale and the boys call out - “Why Not Ruma? ” The decision was unanimous!
We reignited our connection with Ruma and with her team, this time under the “McGrath” banner, discussed and strategically planned the sale of our home. We were clear from the onset on the outcome we expected or else we would not sell, period. Ruma listened and gave us the guidance and assurance on the targeted approach, identifying interior stylists for partial staging, to the team follow-up and assisting with additional works being done in and around the home, what a process it has been. The outcome for the sale of our home and who better to have the auction conducted than with the man behind the McGrath brand itself, Mr. John McGrath. We were star struck briefly to see John at our front door on the day and the result was nothing short of a magical one (Ruma is known to set records and we believe she set another big one with our home) and literally speaking, Tears of Joy for us.

I would like to appreciate the professional Service this young man Daniel Hanna is providing for McGrath RE Stanhope. His Customer Service, listening to the client is very high. His approach of customer first makes him exceptional. He just taken over from previous Property Manager.within two weeks he is getting all the pending jobs fixed. These jobs were there from last two years and were not getting fixed. I am very happy with his service and professionalism.

Lauren Prokes and McGrath team took on our property about a year ago and helped us secure a good rental return with fantastic tenants and since then has done a great job with maintaining our property with efficiency and clear communication.

My investment property was in a bad state last year after the tenant vacated. Lauren Prokes was quick to attend to the issues and provided suggestions to improve its rental value. All the works were completed and a new tenant moved in within a couple of months. Highly recommend!

My property manager was unprofessional and unresponsive, she is not able to provide the information I requested and some emails take up to one week to get a response with no answers to the question I was asking for. Trying to charge a few extra categories of fees at the end only to find out later it was a mistake, It took 45 days for the bond to be returned to the tenant's account through bond claim online after vacant the property, which was due to the agent does not respond. It's the worse experience for me out of all agency I dealt with

Today my home settled thanks to the tireless efforts of Brett Humby and his team. The builder forgot to submit a sewer diagram where Brett went above the call of duty and arranged the plumber and drawings to be submitted through council in time so that my sale would go through.
During the sale process Brett and his team were extremely professional, they constantly kept me updated and at times when I got stressed and unreasonably emotional, Brett was calm and reassuring. I could not have asked for a better team to sell my home so I wanted to acknowledge them and say a very BIG thank you! If I ever decided to sell again, I would not hesitate to use this A team yet again.

Very unfair agency! Not recommended at all. If you can, stay away from them! It will benefit you in the end. Trust me!
