First time applying for a tenancy with McGrath Real estate Leichardhttt. I have had the pleasure of meeting Nathan who has been just amazing, professional and super helpful during this time. Positive experience overall and I’m very happy.

We rented a property managed by Daniela Stojanovski at McGrath Leichhardt and were very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process, from signing the lease, to the inspection report to booking and managing the maintenance. Daniela has been amazing as a property manager. She’s been super helpful, professional, and very responsive each and every time. As a tenant, I’d highly recommend using McGrath Leichhardt. Their systems are automated and efficient and setup to make it super easy for tenants, and if you’re lucky enough to get Daniela as a property manager, you’re in the best of hands!

I am a strata manager who on a day to day basis is in contact with property managers. I personally find Jessica, a senior property manager at the inner west office, the friendliest, most responsive who really cares about her clients and tenants.

FANTASTIC experience from Dejan Denton! Went above and beyond to assist, even as far as driving to the apartment one morning to check the Gas Meter number so that I had it prior to me moving in. Process was very quick and all queries were answered very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We recently enlisted Alex to sell a property of ours. Alex and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations. Alex is a most personable professional and a pleasure to deal with. Pretty poor experience with these agents. I really should have left earlier.

At first they found a tenant without a job which I said I would agree to based on very specific condition (a bulk of rent being paid upfront) which the tenant agreed to. The day before the tenant moved in they sent me a signed rental agreement by the tenant with none of these specific conditions included or mentioned. When I questioned it they said it was too late to include them and ‘oh well’ also Ms Blair went on a rant about ‘how its not her fault’ and ‘no body told her’. This was my first time engaging with this person so I was confused how it was my responsibility to tell someone I didn’t know existed about conditions the tenant the property manager and myself had agreed to. Its not my responsibility to fix the broken processes of a business I don’t work for. I asked them to rectify it and I can assure you! It was never rectified just swept under the rug. I really should have found another agent at that point considering I never would have agreed to have an unemployed tenant in my property without a prepayment of rent. I felt pretty violated at that point. Anyway classically eventually this tenant stopped paying the rent. At many points was 6 weeks late! I had to raise this with Ms Blair… I instructed her to send a notice to terminate to the tenant. 9 days later I emailed to check it had been sent expecting it would have been very promptly sent after I had given those instructions. Alas it had not been sent and hence was sent out the day I enquired… meaning the tenant was further delayed from leaving the premises.

Ms Blair was difficult to get a hold of, often unresponsive and trust me I understand tenants not paying is not the fault of the agent. But it is there responsibility to manage this as best as possible. E.g. Get on top of it asap and use all avenues available to them to rectify the situation.

One this however Ms Blair did assure me off was that although the tenant didn’t pay he did keep it very clean. Like yeh… if I wanted it clean and no money I probably would have just left it empty.

Anyway I found a new agent and everything turned out rosy. But I would definitely recommend avoiding these guys. Broken processes, bad tenants and lax attitudes to chasing payments. Basically no management occurring…

They reply and take actions quickly to solve any possible problems during your contract period. I am really satisfied with them. Highly recommended!

Just a shout out to our real estate agents at McGrath West (and Jean Ladianghibong) for always sorting out any issues we have so promptly. Whether it's to fix something in the house or to re-order a new bin from the council, they've always been super responsive to our needs.

It's not often other agents are willing to help each other out, especially when it comes to reference checks and provision of documents. Strong Asset to the Mcgrath team and the industry.

The McGrath online system let's you get a response and book in inspections automatically in seconds. Super easy to use at any time of the day. Due to not being able to physically inspect because of Lockdown and relocating from a few hours outside of Sydney, Nathan Brannelly was super flexible and helpful and digitally sent me videos of what I had asked. These videos sadly showed the property wasn't for me, but saving time this way and not signing a lease to the wrong property would also be a nightmare. Recommend them as friendly, helpful and professional.

For over 3.5 years we were renting through McGrath Leichhardt. Daniela Strojanovski was excellent during that time. It is obvious that she works hard and also loves her job. She is responsive, professional and nothing is too much trouble. We really appreciate having been looked after by her and her team. Highly recommend McGrath Leichhardt for both renters and landlords alike.
