McDonald's Richmond

Dreadful. Seemed like the toilets hadn't been cleaned yet this year. Smelled like a sewage treatment plant.

Food was quick. But I had to get something remade. I love the idea of the library and books. They kids were thrilled and it kept them bisy on the way home.

Its open 24/7 thats about the only thing going for it. Staff aren't particularly friendly (at night anyway)

A bunch of kids were having a smoke in the Carpark then through rubbish at my car. Also as I was leaving the Carpark some went the wrong way as the Carpark is a one way. Would not recommend this Maccas to any one.

Myself and another train driver hot-footed over to get a sundae. Took forever to get served - and the joint was empty. Happily telling fellow rail staff to just not bother. Never again.

Like most mc Ronald store, they are very tough on parking times because being right outside the end of the western line, Richmond station. So don't park there to catch a train, your car will be towed away.

The girls behind the counter are wonderful and friendly with taking our order and bringing the food to our table highly recommended.

Accosted by a kid in McDonalds uniform.barely a step inside the door, demanding my order. (Can I find out what is on the menu these days? I don't eat this stuff regularly).

When ordering at the counter, the girl simply could not understand that "a small meal" means "I'll have the burger, small chips and a small drink".

Now, I may be hard of hearing, but that doesn't mean she has to say 3 times "you can't have it in a meal".

After getting so blunt I was almost acidic with her, I put my order differently. And asked "can I order a small coke? " 'Yes' "Can I order a small fries? " 'Yes' "Can I order a chicken & cheese burger? " 'Yes'. "Ok. So how is that not a small meal? " 'IT JUST ISN'T. YOU CAN'T GET IT IN A SMALL MEAL! ' Right. Hubby orders a quarter pounder.

$19.30 later, we are sitting on chairs that do not move, choking down cold, tasteless burgers tougher than old boot leather and soggy cardboard chips. Washed down with a flat drink tasting of gas.

I was actual trying very hard not to vomit on my way out the doors.

When did McDonalds become so hideously expensive for such horrendous food?

I'll stick to Subway or independent cafes for food on the go in future.

Only a one other person waiting for an order yet it took them about 7 mins just for some nuggets. They prioritise drive through. Also the shake machine was broken.

I have been going here since I was a little girl. Remembering the salad shakes and when hash browns were 40 cents each.
I spent a lot of time in the playground as a child, and smashed my head on the old square dark green poles, resulting in a massive purple bruise on my head. I am happy to report that the playground has since been updated for safety, the maccas itself has been revamped, to keep with the times.
It is a great place to eat especially when you get off the train, being the end of the line, it is literally right there, and also next to the pub which enables hungry drunks to have a feed after they slog down a few cold ones.
Good on you Richmond mishgongs! (As my little brother called it when he was a toddler).

Ordered food at front got back to car to drive wife to work with my 3 children
when realised order was missing, went back instead of going in I decided to just go thru drive thru so I didn't have to take my children's out. Got to the speaker & was told to go to the other window as I approach the window I was ask for a receipt when told them that they took it & I told them the order number. Was a hussle just trying to get the rest of my order I understand it's busy especially when I used to be a fastfood manager, there attitude was so rude & when I finally got the rest of my order they just said "Here you go" instead of apologising for there mistake wasting my time to come back rude customer service something should be done cause this is not the 1st time it happened

Alway they stuff your order always have to wait for your order.food very slap happy when put together and thrown in bag and make sure your get receipt as there will be something missing in your order

Definitely not a good late night restaurant to visit. Restaurant bins were overflowing. Staff were nowhere to be seen except for the staff member asleep in the restaurant. Toilets were filthy. Yes it was Midnight however it was extremely quiet. McDonald's restaurants are meant to be welcoming. One should feel safe to wait for a cab in the restaurant. I was going to make a purchase until I saw how unclean the restaurant was.

They mock up my orders many times. My fries are always half empty. I’m so disappointed. I want my money back

Slow service, crackheads behind the counter can’t seem to nail the order even once and always short change you, twice in two weeks drive thru gave me a complete different order
to what I had made. Absolute monkeys running the joint, utterly hopeless the lot of yas.

Great location. Great car parking.
I dont like to give negative feedback but, the restaurant is filthy. Table tops are generaly sticky from food stains. The drive through window is all stained on the wall. This fries are generally warm not hot. Also the burgers are generally slapped together without care. None of the condiments are portioned and just chucked on.

Slowest serving mcdonalds in Australia, 9 times out off 10 you have too park and wait if you go through the drive through

Great coffee but $4.55 for a small flat white is a bit too much for coffee considering it was $4.50 for a Large flat white

Large Orange Juice was a sour fruit drink which I couldn't finish, the juice has been getting worse and worse and I feel like someone has forgotten what a real orange tastes like. Hashbrowns were undercooked. The lettuce on my BLT was all in the wrapper not on the muffin. Only redeeming quality was that the service was quick and friendly as always an the store looks clean even on a busy sunday morning.

Love the COFFEE at McDonald's Richmond and the service I receive from the guy's at the coffee shop is incredible and lovely.
