McDonald's Richmond

Fill the fries packet. How difficult is it? I don't order a half-full packet of fries. I just want what I have paid for. Look at the pictures of the food on your screens in the drive thru and in the restaurant. The fries packets are full. Fill the bloody damn things, will you.

Helpful staff in finding a table for my son in his wheelchair and holding the doors when we needed to go in or out

Poor service. Food is made poorly. Ingredients just tossed into box. Have had my order stuffed up many times. Have been annoyed to get home and items missing. The drink is either flat tasting or tastes like it has no syrup in it. The place is always a pig stye. Overflowing bins and rubbish still left on tables and not wiped clean. One of the worst McDonald's I have visited.

Really, (really) sick of being parked or asked to roll forward several metres to help them fudge their drive thru times, almost every time. Stop focusing on your times, and just focus on providing fast service.

Well, a burger I bought a week ago wasn't the best quality but this week was better but 40 cents dearer!

Extremely fast table service using the kiosk to order. They brought the food out to the table really quickly and it was pretty busy.

Convenient location with consistent food. Occasionally the order is wrong through drive-through, the orange juice (post-mix) is either too weak or too strong. The paper-ish straws take a while to get used to. Much prefer the plastic for drinks and thick shakes.

Unfortunately, so many angry young local kids, teenagers. Please be careful here! I have young children, it was hard to to protect their ears from there bull****.

The experience that i had at mac donald’s in richmond would have to be poor because they are false advertising the coke no sugar icey

Probably one of the worst I have been to. One of the things I usually appreciate about McDonalds Restaurants is their cleanliness. This place was not to standard. The set up is old & in need of an upgrade.

Always forgets the sweet and sour sauce for the nuggies! Oh and where was the special cup from the grand Mac meal? Second time now and no cup. Glad the frappe machine is finally working

The restaurant clean, the drive through is fast and the burgers are made the traditional Australian McDonalds way. Carefully assembled then thrown into a box across the room (I assume). But why does the orang juice always taste sour from here, unlike any other maccas?

Yeah nah if you want to visit one just drive out to the other maccas near Ikea. This one is terrible avoid at all cost. Terrible management and food.

The woman was very rude making order stating that something wasn't available but had to sign up still not very happy had a small sold out sign which you can not see I don't think I'll go back there ever again

How hard is it a put a triple cheeseburger together every time I predict them from here I end up with loose patties and cheese in my box

OMG poor food hygiene!
So the kid making your breakfast burger or warming up your hot cakes is appalling. Sure he has gloves on but perhaps he thinks this is about protecting his hands from the food rather than protecting the food for your meal. He uses these gloved hands to touch everything. Handles of microwaves (and i always thought hotcakes were made fresh), other appliances and well everything. Then puts these same gloved hands on your food. He uses utensils for some things but, so inconsistently.
Train them better Maccas. The gloved hand that touches food should not touch anything else.

It can sometimes get very busy at this particular McDonald's, but if you are there at a quiet time it is an excellent place to sit and have a coffee.

A typical McDonald's, uncomfortable and dirty but I love the breakfast menu. Not sure why the Orange juice always tastes different here, very sour? But three stars for using the register and not that annoying, time wasting kiosk.

After ordering through drive thru was told to wait, which was fine until I had to wait for 10 mins for 2x bacon and egg muffin meals, and when it finally came I was told there was another 2 mins wait for a hash brown.was asked if I wanted fries instead. NO IF I WANTED FRIES I WOULD OF ASKED FOR THEM. Rams store and the so called manager was no responsive. You don’t even deserve the one star I gave you

When I ordered a small coffee, they actually took the order! Clearly they have not been programmed to ignore the customer and change small to medium. Keep up the good work!
