McDonald's Richmond

Went here as I was working next door. Very early - staff we very friendly for so early in the morning.

The order wasn't correct but we had already driven through and away when we realised. The chips were hot and nice. The staff weren't handling the busy line of traffic very well.

It’s a McDonalds. So ever is very similar to the other McDonalds. Service and food was what you would expect. Toilets clean and ok.

Staff were okay, not very welcoming. Service was efficient enough, and food was hot, so that's a plus.

I ordered wagyu beef which is more expensive, the meat was supposed to be tender and juicy but no, its very hard and dry, like its been overcooked or its been in the frezzer for decades. And the chips are not crispy at all. I am very disappointed with McDonald's food quality! Very bad!

It was an early morning an my pre-coffee brain forgot to stick around and wait for the coffee to be handed to me through the drive through window. As I drove out of the carpark and sat at the traffic lights nearby, a McDonald's worker ran out to my car, risking his life to deliver my coffee. I would 6-star review that service if I could.

All up, I have to say that Richmond McDonald's delivers some of the finest quality Macca's cuisine that I've experienced. Not only are their coffees routinely well made and Big Macs extra juicy but their customer service is above and beyond. Seriously though, it's McDonald's and I like it.

Not too shabby. Staff are always extremely friendly and if you ask for fresh fries or nuggets and use your manners, they'll do them fresh for you.

What can i say its Macca's! The chips are never usually fresh & if u got their after 12 their usually always cleaning their ice-cream machine. SO, NO FRAPP'E AFTER 12

Food is reasonably priced and staff are friendly. I'm more inclined to do drive through or takeaway from counter due to Covid but they are good value regardless. Due to the current Sydney wide lockdown I can't get there but I'll make it eventually. Lockdown's just been extended for another two weeks so I will just have to wait.sadly!

Usually when I went here after school waiting for my bus, it was always filled with people as well as flies! The tables were always dirty too. Service was fast tho.

Always missing things, everytime I order they miss something at some nights they miss a lot of extras I order, every time I call to complain that give the same excuse. This happens sometimes! I’m ordering at 12: 53am I mean how busy are you……. They act like they don’t care. Rude over the phone and just too inexperienced to be running a night shift for the manager

I've never seen a fillet of fish burger do small in my life glad I didn't get a happy meal I might not of been able to see it! For the price absolutely ridiculous

Best cheeseburgers and BJ's in town (bj not supplied by McDonald's or employees, but can't explain lipstick on ma plums)

Friendly staff and never have to wait very long in drive through. It's my local Maccer's so we eat here often.
Food is decent, you might get the odd unappealing burger or not enough sauce on it or something.but not often. Overall pretty good for a maccers.

Ordered cheese burger and chips. They are really cheating customers. I ordered chips and they gave me a pack that is almost empty. It was a chubby blonde girl serving it. This is in maccas Richmond near the station

Bought to meals paid for them through the McDonald app only got one meal. Wouldn't give me the other meal as I only been charged for one. When I questioned and even show my bank account got told would have look into more and that it can take between 7 to 14 days and if I really want my second order I could purchase again. They are a big joke there and will not put foot back in there as I see it they rip people off.

Took 4 minutes to get service and we were the only one waiting to order then we had to ask where our order as they forgot to call the number

Typical McDonalds. Apart from that it has good parking space, and good outdoor seating as well.

McDonald’s Richmond you honestly need to get your act together. In the past 6-12months and longer.
You get just about every orders wrong, simple orders cold meals cold coffees, missing items, ice cream hardly half full. My Menulog orders arrived cold again tonight. But it’s not the first time. Drive through online and in store you seem to muck it up. You offer credits but don’t honour as you do not write them down. This store has declined massively in the past 24th months. It’s about time the Hawkesbury got another McDonald’s to use. You constantly rush your customers and all your orders, you leave customers in waiting bays for 26mins for orders forgetting they are even there! For a burger Big Mac
I don’t like to leave these reviews but you have seriously dropped the ball. Coffee orders you make us drive through 2-3 times due to coffee vouchers. Head office McDonald’s read this, sort this store out the training and stop leaving the juniors to fulfil the stores orders without role model adults. Richmond’ store caters for a huge amount of residents due to its location. While I’m a kind sympathetic person this is not becoming a disgraceful place to use.
Head office stand up set an example and figure the mistakes here and build another store between north Richmond or Agnes Banks so we do not have to tolerate this ongoing waste of money poor food.

I like the service provided here the guy was good and did prepare food for in very short time 5 minutes. Thank you
