Everyone here are always lovely. Without fail, the staff genuinely make you feel like you're going to have a great day after speaking with them

Kids love this place. Always keep the place clean. Staff are friendly most of the time. Self order machine are working most of the time. My 2 yo kid split her half drunk milkshake, they cleaned the place and gave us a new one. I really feel they care about what customer says. Only down side is that table orders seems to miss pie or drink or small chips or small drinks that we with happy meal. Almost 80% of the time.

Moses was nothing but pleasant! He had a smile on his face and was very helpful! It is always a pleasure to walk in and see Moses working away! 5 stars!

Fast service via drive through to get coffees while the kids were asleep in the back of the car. Coffee is always consistent at McDonald's.

Nice environment, comfy couches and booths. Good kids play area plus a room dedicated to birthday parties (attended 2 parties here). Macchiato coffee was good so they've upped their coffee game A LOT. Food is standard maccas.

Standard is dropped dramatically! The place is virtually run by bunch of kids and it is like a playground. They take your order and give you wrong food. The tables and seats needs more cleaning. The baby changing table in the bathroom is broken and needs to be fixed.

I would like to thank Andrew and all the crew at Haberfield, they are an amazing staff very helpful and friendly made my daughter's 4th birthday party a very memorable one and i recommend this place for any child's birthday party

This definitely has to be one of the best Macdonald's around Sydney. It has the nicest layout inside since it's revamp, including the new style counter setup with the dedicated collection area, which is particularly handy for people like myself who only ever use the self service screens (I hate having to deal with people haha), there are also different types of tables and benchtops for people to sit at and plenty of them. The service is good and friendly, even if the kids can sometimes forget they are meant to be there for the customers, when they are paying attention, they are some of the more well spoken kids I've been served by at McDonald's. I am yet to have a bad meal from this McDonald's, which is saying something. The food is always as requested and put together with some care (as opposed to most maccas where the stuff is all over the burger box instead of on the burger itself) the only things that has ever been wrong was a flat drink, which I had already got home when I realised, meaning I couldn't get it changed.
There is plenty of parking with a large car park underneath the restaurant (which I have never seen at a macdonalds). It is also across the road from what is arguably the most well kept, beautiful parks in Sydney. I would definitely recommend this MacDonald's over any of the other ones along Parramatta Rd or the general inner west area.

Unfortunately the worst McDonalds I've encountered, literally every time I have visited this location in recent memory something is missing or wrong with the order.

Fairly typical McDonald's store, fast and clean. Has dilivery. 2 wheelchair parking spaces and usually 1 is available.

I always enjoy the dining at mcdonalds haberfield very clean and staff very attentive.only comment is that customers poor driving in carpark.should be one way traffic for safety.

MacDonald's at Haberfield is a great place to stop @have a meal or a coffee @cake the staff make you feel really welcome. Thanks

Chips were cold as was the burger big mac.air con in the restaurant very cold not summer yet not a great maccas experience

An employee here by the name of Moses, makes this restaurant clean as he is always on the floor cleaning up after everyone and always has a smile. Some of the staff behind the counter could learn a thing or two from him. Maybe he should be serving and they should be cleaning.

Best non-dodgy Maccas I've seen in the Inner West. Highly recommended if you're after a naughty Maccas fix. Drive-through can be slow from time to time but otherwise good service and quality Maccas.

One of the better ones. Breakfast meals are nice but everything else is crummy. Dry, hardly any sauce.

This McDonald's is the best quality plus.i only do Maccas twice a year or 3 as i am not a fast food person im into very healthy living & eating.but this one i have to say is the best i drive past stanmore maccas on my way to work & from but will not go there as they are below avearage in hygeine & quality i have found them to be.hence i will drive out of my way for this maccas close to Ashfield i think on parrammatta road going towards city.so M lovers this is the one!

Ordered Hot chocolate and paid $4.90 waited for 10mins And taste like milk and no chocolate. Need to improve a lot

Good service. Food is always as expected from a MacDonald, same standard on most store.

Tables are clean, toilets in good condition. Plenty of indoor seating. There is a driver through and some play area for kids.

Best damn hot chips I have ever had.

Excellent service, very efficient and the chips were served HOT AND SALTY.couldnt be better.
