McDonald's Haberfield

The young lady on DT Cashier/Order Taker on Jan 1 at about midday was world-class. Never had an order taken at McDonald's so well before!

As i entered this MacDonalds a worker who we later identified as Marcus emerged from the kitchen, floating across the ground adorned with a halo and golden maccas attire. He offered me 47.23 mc chickens and boxes of ineffably juicy mc nuggets.
I accepted. His meat floated across the room into my mouth, the flavour exploding in my gob. I was in heaven. But i began to choke on the nuggets to which he quickly responded by gathering all his power, this resulted in a sudden flash of holy light, and then used telepathic powers to save my life.
Give this man a raise.

This is the second entry into my MacDonald's haberfeild experience. Before continuing this tale of good and evil, I must warn thy of the dangers that power like that possessed by the legendary Marcus can bode to one's life. Now, to begin our story. Upon my second visit to the location, I was greeted by Marcus at the door in his signature gold attire, but this time, he felt different, almost as if him and his aura were creeping inside of me. A pernicious feeling of evil force shoved me off my feet and pinned me against the wall, I knew it was Marcus behind this as alas I sensed his corruption from the beginning I just chose to ignore it. How selfish. He had been fully taken by the darkness, and only now did I see his true demeanour of hatred and disgust. His face melted from fryer fat and seasoned with sweet and sour sauce he was too far gone to save. I felt him devour my soul and mind until I was just another zombie under his control.

This, my friends, is a warning to those of whom wish to poses powers like Marcus to tread with caution as the dark side never fails to corrupt those who can do the most damage.

The chicken burger was pretty good though. 7 out of 10.

Inside is very clean and modern. I would like it to be the same in all McDonald's especially in the center and on the beaches.

Came in for a refund after finding a hair in my McMuffin. I had a receipt, photos from the day, the actual meal itself and proof of purchase from my bank account. The manager not only gave me a refund immediately, he also gave me a new meal for the inconvenience. I was in and out with a new meal and a refund within 5 mins. Top customer service!
To the manager on duty at 9am on 27/7/23, you are awesome at your job.

Mc Donalds Haberfield is one of the best Maccas I have visited at any time.

The food is well prepared and, as expected, tasty and well presented.
I have never had a problem with my food order.

The enormous range of food for both breakfast and during the day and night is excellent.

A noticeable feature of McDonald's Haberfield is the real cleanliness of the restaurant.
It is spotless which allows for excellent hygiene.

I usually visit on a Sunday evening and can't help but notice the staff who are cooking are really working hard to prepare to meals and have them ready as soon as possible for the customers. They are busy moving all over the cooking area, organising the orders, making the sure the items are cooked just right, and on busy nights moving really fast to make sure there is little or no delay in presenting the orders to the customers.

The girls who serve and take orders are friendly, and have extensive knowledge of the food items. They are always willing to answer
customer questions or inquiries.

Very professional indeed.

Congratulations to the staff of McDonald's Haberfield. Definitely a 5 star venue!

The selling point of fast food tends to be consistency - you know what you're getting no matter what store. Unfortunately, McDonald's Haberfield is a bit of a gamble.

If you head through the drive through, double check your order. From the times I've used it, there's a 1/3 chance that you'll end up with something missing from your order. It could be something fairly trivial or annoying - like utensils or sauce - or it could be that you've got the entirely wrong meal. While that worked out for me a few nights ago when I got four burgers for the price of two (I didn't check the bag until I was about 10 minutes away down the toll road), but I am sure it didn't for whoever was meant to get my order.

As a few have said, the consistency of the food itself does tend to vary a bit more than other fast food.

I know kids are employed because they're cheap but Mcdonalds even though they are the default fast food franchise with almost a captured market, need to really focus on training for customer service. If the kids don't want to do their job they should find ones that want to do it

Consistantly good, usually freshly made with care. Closest match to the TV ads I've seen. Great location which i believe featured in one of thier TV commercials - always spotless.

It's not bad, sometimes a slow service with some not so helpful staff.the new system really adds robotic to the experience.

Only maccas i've ever seen with an underground carpark. Wow! Must see!

Great environment, very clean, & tidy. Comfortable & Good coffee. Must have a great management. Keep up the good work.

Drive thru was packed so we decided to walk in and order. But they totally forgot our order.and it was only 4 frozen drinks.

Great customer service by Moses. He was smiling all the time while doing his job, clearing tables diligently, mopping the floor and even greeting guests. It looked like he was so happy to do his job. He deserves to be MacDonald's Employee of the Year!

Staff in the drive thru are the most helpful people I have ever met. I always order a coffee on the weekend and they always make my day with their cheerful nature and making everyone feel welcome. You have fantastic staff and I hope that your management recognise their fantastic work

It's a maccas. Nothing special about it, it's a pretty run off the mill McDonalds. Service isn't bad, isn't amazing. I come here every now and then, It's not overly busy considering the location. Quick drive thru times in my experience, which is always a nice thing to have.

Stop at this place for a quick bite was not overly busy but still can get our order wrong not once but twice and the burger was dry And messy seems like everything was just thrown at it been to a few Macca's but this one need to pay more attention to the orders.

Best spot, food and nice place in town, what a pity is many self order not workin and toilet so smell you may vomited after had breakky there.

Terrible service always something wrong with ur meal drink was poured way b4 the order arrived took way to long only to have cold chips and a burger with most of the filling plastered on the side of the cardboard box

Normally they have good service and fast coffee on the drive through. But the morning I visited, they had closed the store (presumably flooded from the bad rains). They should have put a sign on the door or out the front for motorists going past.

One of the cleanest McDonalds I've been to, food was hot and not messy. Staff was very friendly when I couldn't order. Overall very good experience at Haberfield McDonalds
