McDonald's Haberfield

Just like you expect.when U want Macca's you know what your going to get. Given 4pm was served quickly even with all the kids and uber orders.

Best Macca's ever Thanks to a great Manager George this Mcdonalds has never let me down always fresh. Two other girl managers which i haven't caught the names but they are also good. Also Moses always keeps dining area so clean he is a great worker. If I could give 10 stars

Ordered dine in food, then when food was ready was asked to immediately leave cause they were closing. Fair enough that the store is closing but maybe the forward thinking to say when ordering "take away only as we are closing soon". Basically had to leave food cause nothing was in take away boxes.

Looks good and tidy with views of the park. Food thou is not gourment and looks smaller than pictured but hey that's Maccas which is salty and sweet.

Great service and super friendly staff. During my lunch I saw one man really working hard, i believe his name is MOSES, he smashed every duties, mopping floor, cleaning table, sending orders, most importantly he always smile to every customer. He should get promoted any time soon in my opinion!

This is actually a pretty good Mcdonalds. Clean, fast, the food is actually quality (to some degree lol, i mean its no home meal)

Loren, the night manager needs retraining. Ignored a simple requests & then sends my sundae down the table like a beer in a saloon.

Food was fresh and pretty good for a maccas coffee not so much. Was yuck.

Food service could be better as burgers always look like they are made in a rush, I know they get busy but I like to eat my burgers when the cheese is on the meat not on the wrapping. But there is a very friendly drive thru staff who is great, he is always clear when repeating your order, patient and happy

I am only giving 5 stars because of a young man named "Piper". That boy can turn your bad day around with the way he speaks to you.

He is always happy, and extremely polite! It's a shame he isn't on drive through more often, because his customer service skills is beyond the benchmark and should be training others!

You probably won't go to Mecca's for exceptional service and food but Haberfield branch does it's job. The place is massive and mostly cleaned all the time. We mostly order from them through delivery after late night work.
But 4 stars rate is because they miss out items from the delivery order so often. Not talking tissues or tomato sauce but an actual menu items.

Around 10: 30pm I order a Big Mac and Quarter pounder. Should not take 15 minutes to make. I stood at pick up area waiting patiently with friends to obtain this food. People who order after me get there orders before me, orders being eat in, having fries and drinks. Whilst my orders are only a Big Mac and Quarter pounder, takes max 3 minutes. Working at McDonalds I know how to cook and present these orders, seeing this infuriated me.

I ask the manager, how long does it take you guys to make a big mac and quarter pounder. He replies "Are you seriously asking me that question, do you see these orders? ", I reply with yes and it doesn't take this long being fast food, 15 minutes on this food and you have 2 front area crew and yourself, pathetic. You instead should say sorry for the wait and tell the back area to make these burgers, I only see them making them when I complained, and what makes it worse is that he gave me a Quarter Pounder that was cold. What type of sh*t is this, how do you run a store or become a manager. Service? Customers? Attitude? Demote this man from manager, I was unfortunate enough to not get his name.

It's a McDonald's, pretty standard. Very useful to turn around in if you want to switch direction from going west to going east on Parramatta rd. Lots of parking. Friendly staff, free limited wifi.

Fast services and less waiting time friendly staff excellent ambience, hygiene food convenient entry and exit

Best Maccas ever, the Classic Angus is suited for a Lord. All the other McDonald's I have been to are scrap because of the frozen meat and buns that look like they have been sat on but this, this is the best place ever! The staff (May I mention) are also friendly and hardworking, this would be on my top 5 restuarants/joints in Ashfield

Only ordered drinks drive thru, were very efficient, the queue was processed in good time. No fanta flavours at the time.again.seems to happen at many stores.

Modern Maccas with prompt food service but McCafe being the weak link/bottleneck. Lack of coordination between main restaurant and McCafe leading to long delays /forgotten orders. Recommend just getting the regular fast food. Generally friendly staff.

Plenty of car park including under cover parking and lift to upstairs, good service, friendly staff, good view of the main road, wheelchair accessible. Close to transport.

Handy with a nice park across the street with plenty of seats for brunch or an afternoon cheeseburger.

Had to pay extra for change of sauce on a burger. I did not get extra sauce but a change of sauce altogether and was charged extra for the change. Ridiculous! The cleaner bloke was awesome thou, give him a raise.
