Alfa Romeo Giulia -
Booked in for a major service plus pads and rotors and car was returned to me same day as promised in tip top condition with all work having been done promptly and efficiently

We have my wife's Fiat maintained by McCarrolls and are delighted with the service they provide. Richard looked after us and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us as needed and the service we required was done exactly as requested. I could not be happier with Richard and the team there. I recommend them as a service provider who does a fantastic job of communicating and completing the work to a very high standard.

NEVER buy a car from McCarroll’s or from the Stellantis company. They sold me an absolute lemon - the car has only just turned 4 and I’m now up to the 12th time that I’ve presented an on-going engine issue to Alfa Romeo - and now, between them and Stellantis (the parent company covering Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati etc.) refuse to take ownership of the situation.

I had my car serviced here for two years. This year they gave me one cost for the service but upon arrival they give additional costs that was not explained over the phone.

Really disappointing tbh, I wouldn't recommend. Always takes longer than they say, they don't order parts they say they will, don't contact you or respond to attempts of getting onto them. Don't bother, find another place to service your car.

Unbelievably bad service. Took 2 weeks just to fit and program a transfer case module which is a very easy module to get too. (under passenger seat) that was the only job i asked for, so they decided to service the vehicle without checking all asking permission, it was just serviced 2 weeks prior to this.
Don't bother using them.
TO HARD, TYPICAL BAD DEALER SERVICE.

4 visits in 4 months to fix a door handle. They've ordered the wrong parts 3 times so i have to go there again. Very annoyed by my experience with these people.

Be careful as they do extra unneeded items to your service! When I called after and questioned why they did what they did I was advised the manager would call me and never called back!

Always easy to deal with, extremely professional, 5 star customer service every time from start to end. They have fixed things on my car that 4 dealers previously couldn't get fixed. Highly recommend.

Very disapointing experience today when talking to Nicole at the service center at Artamon. I received a toll notice from the day I used the loan car. I was never made aware that the car isn't fitted with a toll tag, which is really what I would expect in a loan car. All Nicole said was that I signed the loan agreement, and that it was stipulated in the terms/fine prints. How about alerting your customer of this at the time of hand-over of the car keys? Disapointing.

I had my Fiat 500c serviced yesterday at McCarroll's Service Centre. It was easy to book in, I was warmly greeted, plenty of parking. I was given a text message with photographs of work that needs to be done and pricing and a call from Richard to run me through the quoted work. I was always kept up to date with phone calls and they even cleaned the car for me. It was a major service and quite expensive - but Richard ran me through all the components and why it needed to be done. I will be servicing my car here from now on.

I took my grand Cherokee for changing the transmission fluid.

When picking up the Jeep, they gave me an extra $500 bill for changing engine oil.
The funny thing is that I had changed the engine oil and filter a week before that. Still I can’t understand how on the earth the technician couldn’t distinguish a 7 year old Australian Penrith oil with an old one? Isn’t it ripping off the Customers?

The only reason I chose this dealer was that it was close to my home. Will not go there again at all.

I’d like to acknowledge the excellent service I’ve had at McCarrolls Service Center. I recently took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio in for its first service & as always the service was perfect. The girls on the reception desk are always friendly & efficient as are the service guys. Warranty work is carried out without hesitation. I previously took my Fiat 500 there & found the service to also be brilliant. I recommend them without hesitation. Regards, Dean

Expensive and sometimes it takes longer than they mention. Been there couple times, job is not bad. Nice waiting area with self-serve coffee machine

I like there customer service. When I drive in they registered my car on the spot. To the drop off point. They also asked me if there were any problems or issues or concerns. This is the most friendly and professional service I got.

These guys are experts in consistently coming up a list of expensive items 'needed' on top of a car that is regularly serviced by them. Avoid.

My experience with McCarrolls has been very disappointing. The service centre is clean and the people are friendly but they are incapable of actually servicing a car and fixing issues, and on top of this eye wateringly expensive.

Over the past 3 years my Alfa has spent about 4 months sitting in the service centre, no joke. Most recent and current issue is I now have to take back for a 4th time to fix an overheating issue, give me strength.
