What an oasis! Old school animal enclosures and it's free! Take the family and sit for a while. It's lovely.

We have been in Tamworth for 12 days and lucky enough to visit Marsupial Park at some stage of every day.it is a credit to all the volunteers who clean and look after these lucky animals and birds, the park and cages are spotlessly clean.thankyou for what you do and amazing its free.

An excellent park, its a small wildlife park with a good playground. Nice walks and good walk to the botanical gardens. Lots of nice parrots too.
The lookout is also nice

I took my family there during the school holidays. This is a great way to spend as many hours as you have to get the kids out of the house. A great playground, many tables to sit and eat the lunch you bring followed by a wander around the park to check out the animals. A great day out and with free entry who could ever complain.

Tamworth you rock. So much to do for kids in Tamworth and it’s free!
The marsupial park has everything you need for a day out, animals, bbq and picnic area, lots of nice walks and a top little play ground! And it’s free!

Great park for the whole family. Nice variety of animals and birds to check out. Particularly liked the walk-in aviary.

Best family destination in Tamworth & the fact that it's free, makes it affordable stress free and relaxing for both parents & children, young & old, to enjoy!

A great little park with emus, kangaroos, walkable, plenty of birds and even a rabbit! The children's playground there is fantastic.

A great afternoon just playing in the Adventure Park and seeing all the birds and Roos/Wallabies/Wallaroos! And we haven't even explored all the walking tracks! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Tamworth.

This was a highlight of our Tamworth visit. It's tucked in the bush only a few minutes drive out of town. If you have small kids, they'd love the playground. You can also pat and feed some of the native Australian animals, like kangaroos and emus.

Awesome place for kids to run off some energy, and view our unique animals & birds. BBQ facilities for family get togethers. Established & maintained by volunteers, who do an amazing job.

Australia needs more place like this, for a free/donation entry, it better than some zoos I been to.
