I don't usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with the service I received. I found the whole experience to be rude and unpleasant. Avoid seeing Dr Christopher Han
I just found out the GP Dr. Moore has been putting my mother on 3 types of diabetes medications instead of referring her to a specialist. This medication may have caused my mother to have alzheimers as well as bloating and other health complications.
A GP is not a specialist in Diabetes. This is unacceptable.
Booked an appointment with Dr Andrew Moore for 8: 30am and was attended to professionally within 10 minutes.
Most of the practitioners i've seen have been caring. Dr Han however, would not go back to see him.
Have been coming here for over 10 years and have to say i am becoming less and less pleased with this place being an ESSENTIAL service alongside many other places you should not need vaccine proof. I have had to cancel numerous appointments due to my test not coming back in time - as a pregnant woman whom NEEDS to see her DR this is just unacceptable!
I’ve been a patient of this medical centre for more than 35yrs (when it first opened). Several members of my immediate & extended family attend also. Over the years I’ve seen at least a dozen drs who have always been compassionate, helpful & very understanding. Only once have I had a negative encounter with one of their gps & that says a lot over such a long period of time. The ladies at reception are always friendly and accommodating (shout out for Cheryl in particular).

I told the receptionist what was the reason i would like to see a Doctor. She got me an phone appointment with Doctor Anthony Tsamoglou, wich was pretty rude over the phone, NOT EVEN TALKING TO ME PROPERLY, and he was telling me to get an appointment face to face. Short long story, he transfer me to the receptionist but then they just hang up on my face and turn off the phone! Ridiculous, they make us waiting all day to get the appointment and they just treat us like that!
I just want to say huge thank you. I have called yesterday and I was in so much pain with my UTI. The receptionist was so nice to me. (I couldn't spell my name, haha, I was so unwell). She even noticed it was my birthday even and congratulated me. <3 Then the receptionist immediately booked a phone consult. The doctor called, I didn't manage to pick up on time, so they arranged another call. Described my problem, got my perscription by email within minutes, so I was able to get the medicine immediately and I feel heaps better today. I was told to come for lab test on Friday, if it didn't work. (I think I won't need that) So I am totally joining as a new patient. I got the care and help in the timeframe I needed it. THANK YOU
Some receptionist staff are quite rude when you call them. The clinic is always over crowded. Some really good doctors there so it’s such a shame.
We had the misfortune of dealing with Dr Kinga. She does not have good bedside manner at all. Made me wonder why she got into medicine to begin with in the first place. At one point she got up and left the room during our consultation to see another patient. She then returns and hands us a prescription for another patient to which I said this is not for us and she yanks it back. She also asked what I do for work. I said I am an investment trader and she replies with 'so you're a gambler'. I can say I've never been this disgusted by a physician before to put down my profession that carelessly. I didn't get the impression she was having a bad day, this seemed like her nature. We have since been seeing Dr Han and he is fantastic! It is a shame we had to have this terrible experience.
Had tele consultation and the doctor not good at all. Really wasting time. Not recommended to go there.
I had very good experience. The staff is nice and friendly. I visited Dr. Moore and she gave me all the information about my health issue. She not only gave me the right treatment but, when I called in to book another appointment with her and she was booked in all day, the receptionist arranged a call back and Dr. Moore called me and gave me the info which I needed.
I’m in a bad place due to a major injury to my back, I’m scared and worried Wots next ‘ I was a fitness junkie 4 nights a week a my gym, mma fitness boxing yoga ‘1 kilometre in the pool, I was depressed due to the injury to my lower back, I seen doctor vanderboner and doctor Han, they really helped me with my problems and I was so lost, i worrie so much because I just won’t to get better, I always call receptionist and there so kind to me, I always complain about my situation, the girls at the desk are so understanding thow I am a pain calling all the time, I always get treated so nice and I know with corona virus they worry being on the front line ‘putting there lives in harms way everyday, I really respect the girls in these tough time and also the doctors cause they have families and do a tough job, thank you to staff and all Docters at Marourbra, I hope things get better for all of us in these tough times, everyone that works in the front line, this is my way to say thank you for being there for all of us,
Dr Susan Budic has been my doctor for the past 5 years and I cannot speak more highly of her. She is incredibly compassionate, follows up and remembers everything (even the little details). The receptionists are all very friendly and have always been great to deal with.
Came to this medical Centre after a bad experience with the medical Centre across the road, reception was so friendly and understanding, this will definitely be my new medical Centre!
Horrible rude receptionists. My family doctor, that I've seen all my life, yet the treatment i got from the receptionist in regards to my sick child is appalling. I wish i can give no stars.
Can't get over how good the service is! From the Dr's to Reception to Nurses. Definitely going to be my new clinic

Waited over an hour for an appointment that took all of 30 seconds. I understand doctors running behind but over an hour is a bit ridiculous. Would have been nice to at least know they were running that late.
My Father had an accident and the staff here went above and beyond to help us. They were very kind and the doctor was very attentive.
