I’ve been patient of Dr Mark Arya for years.
Dr Mark Arya is a excellent and friendly, also so helpfull.
Really happy with the services.
Overall I am really happy.

Honestly, don’t go to see Dr Christopher Han. I just had the worst experience and was completely dismissed in regards to any kind of treatment. My concerns were not listened too, he was condescending the whole time. Such a joke, he needs to go

Have visited this place myself & with the missus & kids as well. At least over 50 times.

Staff are helpful. Dr. Jason Kiang is very knowledgeable and always polite attentive.

The vaccinations crew are good as well, making the kids feel at ease.

My normal GP is always booked out and I needed to see a gp as I had covid for 10 days and felt very uncomfortable with up respiratory tract, very sticky and coughed a lot. I booked doctor Han who was available next morning, he doesn’t do bulk billing and I paid out Medicare of over $30.

He said I shouldn’t see a doctor as I was still within 2 weeks after tested positive after telling him I tested negative 5 days ago, he commented the over the counter medicine I took may be not effective for my cough and sticky upper respiratory tract but didn’t bother to ask me for an open mouth checkup, then he said come to see a gp if the symptoms are still present after the contract of covid for 2 weeks.

Because he didn’t not check and treat my symptoms, my upper respiratory tract infection lasted to this day for nearly a month and are still suffering from it. I will see another gp for the proper checkup and treatment or medicine today. I wonder why there are doctors so unprofessional and careless for their patients and if there is a complaining procedure for the patients through Australia Medical Association.

Do not get an IUD inserted here. Avoid at all costs. It was the most painful experience of my life, I had another inserted elsewhere before and there was no pain. 6 months later I found out that it had impacted and I had to have it surgically removed. The gyno said it likely happened at time of insertion and could’ve been avoided. $4000 later. Do not go here.

Their website is very difficult to try and make a booking.
Poor at best for a smartphone.
Had the smallest box to try and book. (Equivalent to 25% of the screen)
Called, receptionist ended up hanging up before I could finish saying good bye.

Always come to here my GP Dr. Jason kiang is the best! He's friendly, calm and profesional.your hard work is trully remarkable.

DR HAN - the worst- rude, arrogant and should not be there!

I only go here for my doctor who is brilliant. Unfortunately he choses to base himself out of this centre. The receptionist here have a LOT to learn. They are the most incompetent, unhelpful, incaring bunch I have ever come across. Did I mention unfriendly as well. It is like walking into a funeral home. They make constant mistakes (or am I the only unlucky one?) and they just dont care once its come to their attention. While people complain about the public hospital reception area, I would rather go there to see my GP than here.
Whoever owns this centre, really needs to be having a good look at the staff they employ.

I have been a patient for many years with Dr Mark Arya. I have found the practice very supportive and I've always been satisfied with their service and care, especially from Dr Arya. Overall very happy

I went to maroubra medical centre with my client the other day and can i just say those girls need a reality check. An elderly asian lady came into the centre
1.clearly distressed
2.couldn't speak proper english
3.was hearing impaired
She came to the desk and was speaking to a receptionist and she said "i need to see a doctor my husband is very sick" the receptionist so rudely said "call tomorrow" and the elderly lady continued to say "i need to see the doctor can i please have his number so i can call him my husband is very sick" and the lady gave her a card and said call tomorrow, didn't show he the number, didn't book her in while she was already there, mind you the receptionist was rolling her eyes and was being so incredibly rude she said "no dont come in, call tomorrow" like why cant she come in? I stepped in and showed the lady where the number was and said to her in a KIND and PATIENT manner "this is the number call them tomorrow and they can help you to book an appointment for your husband" i repeated myself to her 3 times to make sure she understood. The way this lady was treated is disgusting, as a disability support worker i was so upset and appalled by the way this lady was spoken too and how the situation was handled. The receptionist does not deserve that job and should find other occupations if she's going to treat people like that.

For get my results he supposed to call me back 10: 15 on Friday but he never called ever
How much is can bring anxiety over a pregnancy person.

I would give no star if there is an option. Why Dr Han is still there when there so many complaints about him. PLEASE BAN THIS PRACTICE, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED. THEY ARE THE WORST.
My nephew 17 years old) had a cold for a few days but no co vid. He just want to check with dr for his cough. He went with his parents, and got told that this Dr Peter Bletsas doesn’t see any patients that have cold symptoms and it had to be Telehealth only.
The receptionist added that there is a new rules from Medicare, because my nephew hasn’t been back to this clinic for over a year, he had to pay for $70. We found out later from them that we cannot claim Medicare either.
I never heard and my sister never heard about this and when I rang Medicare, they said they never know this rule either.
This clinic make their own rules to charge people.
They didn’t put MBS item number so we cannot claim,
I will take this matter to Medicare. And my family will never go back there.
There are plenty of medical centres around who have better reputation.
My brother and his family have been in the country just over a year.
My sister and I have been in this country over 50,35 years.
Shame on you Maroubra Pacific. Word of mouth is very powerful. I want to see this place goes downhill.

Dr Han is the rudest doctor I have ever come across. I had been a patient at this medical centre for ten years and deserved better treatment. I attended one Saturday morning and was told he was the only doctor available. I was immediately made to feel uncomfortable as soon as Dr Han called me into his room pointed at a chair and rudely told me to sit over there! He rushed my appointment was very dismissive and wasn't concerned with anything I was telling him. I tried to show him the red swollen hernia lump on my abdomen and he said he wasn't interested! I said What? Then he proceeded to argue with me Yes ARGUE! I won't be going back. I now have a happy friendly doctor in Bondi Junction

One of the worst in the area. Not willing to help even though just need a proscription. Would give no star if i could.

The only Centre I go to, and had to get a medical certificate only for this doctor Chand Singh to tell me she doesn't know me despite my 15 years records at the centre and won't back date my medical cert back to last Friday, when then they were un-staffed for Anzac Day Long Weekend so it was impossible to make an appointment come in earlier, and she told me I should have went somewhere else. They have problems with Doctors here just wanting to be lazy and not care about patients. Singh has bad eye sight issues too and can't type properly. Always gives me a hard time, and can't even work a keyboard properly last time she saw me, and was not empathetic at all, wonder why these people becomes doctors in the first place

As usual, they were busy. However, the staff was trying so hard to help me resolve all the problems about vaccinations. And yes, with her lovely smile. Thank you.
