71The museum is okay if you are into the movie in a big way, but better was the town of Silverton. The town is worth a visit.
A museum for mad Max fans in a very desolate part of NSW, if you find yourself in the Broken Hill region and like Mad Max then detour to Silverton
Expected to see more. Lots of photos dealing with the making of the madmax movies and a few of the madmax vehicles on display slightly disappointed.
The most amazing collection of Max Max memorabilia, a must see. And check out Mundi Mundi look while you are in the area.
Great place but a bit pricey. Kids didn't like it much, they thought it was mostly just junk. If you liked the movies then you will love this museum
Im not a huge fan but still like mad max, my husband on the other hand is and he loveeeeed it, still tells people as we travel
A great trip down memory lane for any Mad Max afficianado. Lots of props and nostalgia. $10 pp entry
Fantastic the owners are so lovely there passion shows with the wonderful museum they have made it's a credit to them you must see it well worth $10 entry don't expect to go for 5 minutes you can stay as long as you like.
Pretty much ALL of the history of the Mad Max 2 film is here so if you're a super fan this is the place for you
Silverton is a fantastic place to visit and the Mad Max 2 Museum was the highlight of our trip. My son and I are big Mad Max fans and we both loved the Museum, Adrian and Linda went out of their way to make my son extremely happy. Thanks to the both of you and look forward to 2021.
