Went on to see if they had brought back Flying Fox but, alas, no. Still, the awesome staff member turned me on to some new stuff so totally worth the visit.

I went in and asked if they had any hand sanitizer, the girl I asked seemed really annoyed with me when I asked and just said that I should use soap like everyone else? Caught me off guard cause. I don’t keep a cake of soap in my backpack? Kinda felt really uncomfortable. Won’t be going back.

The best crew ever! I had so much fun with bath bomb they suggested. It is sooooo great to having a nice bath at the end of a tired day.

Every time I visit the store, I'm given top quality service by friendly faces. Shoutout to Brenton who is always informative and kind when discussing products and routines.

All the staff there are super lively and friendly. The vibe is just so stinking great there. I love the ethics that the company is trying to promote and the staff there represent the company well.

What an amazing place. There’s so many different products to choose from. All the products are handmade, they minimise plastic packaging and are against animal testing. The people are also super friendly. I was helped by three different staff. Daniella explained all the products for me and gave me great recommendations! The only problem with this place is some of the soaps looks so good that I’m afraid one day I’ll accidentally eat some: P

Use all natural products and have the option to use products without packaging/harming the earth (e.g. Shampoo/conditioner bars, recycling initiative if you bring back the pots etc.) which is awesome and really key to why I use their products. Favorites are the angels on bare skin and let the good times roll fresh facial cleansers, the new shampoo bar, their fresh face masks, shower scrubs and bath bombs on occasion!

My sister loves all the products here, the smell is a bit overwhelming and they needed to turn up the airconditioner, the staff are ALWAYS wonderful

I love lush products and have been buying here for decades (literally) however these days I hesitate to enter because I can't handle the over zealous sales approach. Good service isn't about forcing yourself on people. Learn to read the room people! Your approach is suffocating.

All time favourite store. And the staff are all really lovely I replenish my supplies from here at least once a month

This one of my daughters favorites shop. Again its very popular for the younger demographic. Tye shop had a lots of characters and magnets to younger teens

Amazing.i just dont like having to pick up the soaps and have to wait in line with soap melting in your hand untill you get the the till for them to cut it. And if they had things to carry them in the store person didnt tell me.i was told to carry it to the till lol

One of my favorite shop. I’m crazy about taking bath. It’s one one my favorite thing in life and thanks to Lush it is even nicer. I go often to buy bathbombs and I am always really surprised by the choices! So many options, colors, smells.it’s always complicated to make a choice but I’m never disappointed! I also love their lis scrub, when I have dry lips, it’s like a miracle, my lips are soft again.

Love Lush store & products. This is a flagship store so it also carries products available to only this store.
I was looking at some hair products and one of the associates gave me samples to take home & try so I didn't have to buy them without knowing whether I'll like them or not. I'll he back after trying those samples.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I mean if be that way too of I worked here, I reckon they'd let me be high on the job. Just sayin

Great, super friendly store that definitely brightens up the lower levels of the QVB and adjoining track to Town Hall station. Staff are always bubbly and helpful, and never to the point of being overbearing. The range of items sold is delightful, just make sure you're prepared to leave a fair bit longer than you were expecting, covered in glitter (and a lighter pocket).
