The sweet smells of the hand made soaps bath bombs and stuff drag you in. The QVB smells fabulous for a few floors. Helpful staff well laid out store a little pricey but isn't everything these days

Usually spend between $80-$110 per week here and more at Christmas, mother's Day etc.but due to their discriminating practices I will no longer purchase off them. Instead I will shop at get drenched who do not discriminate. My medical choices are none of your business, now you won't have my business permanently. Loyal customers who get treated unloyally will walk. Oh it's for health? If the vaccine worked I could understand that and if you need to be vaccinated now, what makes you think it won't be needed in the future. Masks don't work either. Do a quick CO2 level check while you're wearing it. You're actually putting your staff at risk enforcing mask wearing. I'm happy to shop elsewhere as a company that doesn't do any research but enforces rubbish on others is not who I want to support. I like to put my money into companies that actually tell the truth as opposed to blindly following without facts to back up their so called policies

I visited your store today around 2pm and had a terrific experience. I was served by a nice girl whose name I didn't grab and by Jake. Each of them had a lot of knowledge and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you!

Obviously the products are great but the staff are super friendly as well - and were extremely patient with me when I arrived 5 minutes before closing. I really appreciate their covid safe practices too! I always leave feeling refreshed.

I usually buy my lush supplies from here. The staff are usually very very helpful and chatty. They've gotten quite busy after the lockdown ended but still the store is well maintained and service is very good.

Loyal customer since my teens and I don’t ever see myself not supporting this amazing brand! Not only are their products great but their customer service skills are PHENOMENAL! Never been disappointed by a product or store visit. This business is like no other.

Closed for an event. Thanks. Came back 3 hours later and was charged 3 times for one item. At least the staff seem happy.

Today I had great customer service in store by Nate. Nate is an asset to this company. He has extensive knowledge of Lush's haircare products of which I was enquiring about at the time. Plus Nate is friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Awesome! The customer service is to die for, thanks to the Meet-greet gentleman at that shop and his knowledge about the products. I ended up with a sleepy body cream which is perfect, lip scrub, facial moisturiser with the Aleo Vera in it.wow I missed the body spray because it was out of stock.but will get it from another outlet!

My favourite when it comes to essential oil based fragrance.soap bars too.my to go is karma and restless.goddess soap is wow too

Strange review, as I didnt buy anything (unemployed, just wanted a minute of wishing). Wanted to thank the friendly, helpful and down to earth staff. And to thank them for sharing a smile when I needed one. I'll be back as soon as a pay packet comes my way:)

The staff are so helpful and friendly here. I was a little concerned about the physical distancing I stores however they've marked the shop out which was helpful to maintain physical distancing.
I really like LUSH products as there's minimal packaging and you can normally buy as little or as much as you want.
They will also sometimes give you a small sample to try.
I like the product range as it clearly states what the ingredients are and they're natural ingredients, so great these days with so many people having allergies etc.
I'm trying out the solid shampoo bars really great for travelling.

I love LUSH, especially i love the Christmas limited edition body wash “Happy”. After receiving an e-mail about the new item “Beauty Sleep” this time, I bought it, and as a promotion, I got a lotion free! Scent is so good!?

The customer service is on point when you walk in and they try and sell you something. I advised I was browsing to about five different staff because I honestly wasn't sure what I wanted to buy as a gift.

But when I actually waited to pay at the registers, waiting for someone to help me, there's no one around because they're too busy standing around talking to each other.

Such amazing service! Not sure of their names but the two guys working Wednesday the 21st of October at 3pm-ish were amazing! Such friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable service. There are Lush stores closer to where I live, but now I will be travelling to QVB just for these two and their amazing attitude.

Yesterday my kids and I dropped by so that they could pick out some Christmas themed bath bombs, and we had such an amazing interaction with Tom!

Tom went above and beyond with his customer service! He helped to make it a special experience for my kids, he crouched down to their level, asked what type of colors and scents they enjoy, and helped them to pick the right bombs based on what they like!

As a retail worker myself, I understand having kids in the store can sometimes be stressful (especially when things are busy) but at no point did it feel like he rushed the interaction, he even made sure to help my Wife and I decide on some products for us too.

Went there for twice. 1st time experience was AWESOME, i think the store manager did a sample showing bubble bath to some of customer including me, very friendly great service.
2nd time was terrible, idk who the girl was bt she was approaching me and offering me some stuff which i dont have any interest atm cs im just looking for bubble bath. Idk whats shes dealing with bt when its my time to pay, she barely serve me with smile or even any convo about the product. Well, She DID NOT put my receipt in the bag? ! And i had to ask then when i checked my items some of them dont have tag or sticker price.
Hmmmm be sure your staff having accountability and honest in workplace.

A product that smells like heaven but I can't seem to make use of it, supposed to be a shower product. Goodness me waste of money.
