Lounge Life Auburn

We had been looking for a modular leather lounge for about a month. Visited the Auburn store, and James was fantastic to deal with, we had 2 other options from Harvey Norman and Nick Scali in similar price range. Ended up placing the order for the lexington modular lounge as it represented a good mix of quality/value. Let's just hope we get delivery of the lounge in the specified time frame.

TLDR: James and Liam are the best, their customer service is excellent!

I scrambled to get to the Auburn branch after work on Sunday and spoke to James over the phone. I had already narrowed my choices down based on what I saw online and some of the colours are very different in real life. I made it to the store 10 minutes before closing time, James didn't rush me at all and was happy to help with the recliners that I wanted to look at as well as the colours that I was interested in. He had lots of advice about assembly and said to call if I had any questions at all. I ended up purchasing two leather recliners for my parents and paid a 50% deposit.
Delivery was going to take 8-10 weeks, which I thought was fine but when I got home, my parents told me that they needed something in the next month. Unfortunately, I had to call today (Monday) to see if I could cancel my order (I expected that I might not be able to). I spoke to Liam over the phone and he was also super nice, he said he was happy to call head office and see what they could do. Liam called me back within 30 minutes and said that they could offer me a full refund. I didn't expect that things would go so smoothly, they have excellent customer service.

We purchased a lounge from there today and we couldn't be happier with our choice and the service. Liam was very attentive even when he had other customers he still came back to make surw we were ok and if we had questions. He explained everything thoroughly and reassured us of any queries or concerns we had. I would highly recommend Lounge Life for service, quality and price.

Guys! Unbelievably to see so many positive reviews (I guess many are fake reviews), do more research and find out more about this company. If you don't believe why other people rated it one star then try to purchase one to experience it by yourself. I am just too tired to write the whole story about my bad experience with Lounge Life.

Just received my lounge today, which came earlier than I expected which was a great suprise! I was helped by Liam from the Auburn store who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about my needs and was very helpful at time of order and throughout the whole lead time.
I couldn’t be happier with my new lounge so thank you to Liam and the team at loungelife.

Lounge Life, Auburn had a great selection of lounge suites available in a large range of materials and colours. The sales and after sales service was very helpful. The lounge arrived on schedule and the delivery team was excellent. We are very happy with the lounge we bought and the service we received.

Received my sofa just over a month ago after 18 weeks of waiting. When it arrived there was damage on the fabric and also 2 of the legs were damaged. Contacted their resolutions team the same day and there is still no outcome. When I was initially called the person I spoke to said I can just turn the legs around. They offered some frabric protector that comes with a warranty as compensation but reading the PDS they won't cover anything that has been damaged so that won't do me any good. If you don't mind waiting 18 weeks for a sofa to arrive with damages and a resolutions team that doesn't offer anything that will reconcile the issue then shopping then this is the place for you

Liam was very helpful and answered all my questions, and had very thorough knowledge of the products. Having been to a few stores looking around for a leather piece that would perfectly match my living room with my (very specific!) needs and requirements I was delighted that I finally found exactly what I was looking for with the assistance and fantastic customer service Liam provided. I’m not one to typically leave reviews but my experience was so overwhelming positive. The products were of amazing quality and of very reasonable price. I know exactly where I’ll be coming back too - no time wasted - when I decide to start looking for my outdoor set.

Liam and James are very attentive and helpful in assisting me to look for the perfect lounge. I made a deposit for the lounge and came back the following week to buy a matching ottoman. Such a pleasant experience having 2 pleasant gentlemen to assist. Looking forward to check out your new range of rugs in the coming weeks.

I went and bought my new lounge today and was very happy with the service. I was served by a lovely, young gentleman Liam. He was really helpful. He helped me pick a lounge that has everything I was looking for.

Liam, the Sales Rep at Lounge Life, did a great job with several customers needing assistance at the same time. His knowledge of the furniture was extensive. Liam was very helpful explaining options and prices with different recliners, leading me to order an electric recliner at a great price. I visited the Auburn showroom today and I bought the napolean and lexington range. I am really excited because it's the design I wanted and I could pick the perfect color. I was helped by Liam who took me through the whole process with such ease. Liam is a rare species. You can't pay your staff to have that much passion and dedication, so thank you Liam. Great range of products and prices, would highly recommend.
