It was the first time we visited the store and James made our experience much easier, what an amazing costumer service. Also, the quality and wide range of furniture is great! I highly recommend this shop.

Rare to be greeted and received excellent customer service from Astar and James on our two visits to the show room. Their product knowledge is exceptional, both attentive without being overbearing. Definitely will be returning in the future for other furniture needs. Cannot wait to relax on our new lounge!

We placed an order online and were promptly contacted the next day by Shohrat at the Auburn store to confirm the order and go over next steps. Our first choice was not what we ended up going with and Shohrat was very helpful in sending alternate options for us to look at, and I think we have ended up with a better option after visiting the store and being helped by the store manager while Shohrat was helping other customers.

They Have a vast collection of leather sofa lounges and outdoor furniture. We went there to browse the collection in person but ordered a sofa set. We compared the price with Harvey Norman & others big stores; their price is very competitive (good for me).

Also, the staffs are friendly & helpful. Shiv helped us a lot & at the same time, we learned a lot about leather product & their types, which we did not learn In other stores. Shiv also gave us further discount. We are delighted with his service.

In future, we will visit him & the same store if want to buy another set of the lounge. We highly recommend this store &, of course, Shiv.

Just bought the boston xpress and I looooove it. Fair pricing and delivery was fast - purchased Sunday delivered Wednesday with text a day before to advise and on the day to confirm delivery window.

Liam is great to deal with and he is very vigilant in ensuring everything was triple checked to our liking.
