Really poor service, the girl was very unprofessional and untrained. She just can’t be bothered to serve me and guide me further. I think you need to know that people are buying a sofa which we use for years. It’s not like I’m buying a pair of shoes, you need a staff who’s got more knowledge and more patience to customers. I went to freedom and amart, the staffs were so friendly and really made effort to make the sales, that girl didn’t even care about your business at all.

Great customer service with people that know a lot about furniture. The staff ask the right questions and help you navigate the design process for your home. Hoping the delivery and installation process is also smooth!
