Just had my couch delivered. It is in perfect condition and amazingly comfortable. Just what we wanted.
The delivery guys George and Joseph did an amazing job managing to get the couch through a narrow stairwell. Despite not being able to fit at one point they persevered until they got it, absolute legends.
Would highly recommend lounge life and the delivery guys.

The instore experience was great with high quality couches and a wide range. Additionally, the worker was very friendly, aiding and providing us with excellent advise.

The in store experience of looking at couches was great, unfortunately the courier service they have partnered with has been absolutely horrible and damaged their brand.

First I told them of the location of the loading dock then they proceeded to abuse my partner upon arrival about "not knowing" about it even though they arrived in the correct street I told them of. After a poor attempt to deliver it to the door angrily they gave up and dumped my couch in a communal garage. All the while my couch has now been damaged during the efforts after waiting 14 weeks and 2.5k in costs.

Unfortunately for a company that only operates as an order taker from china and delivery through a third party courier I would expect they at least take care and be helpful with my items.

Very happy with the customer service. We were told stock might be hard before xmas but glad jose were able to get something for us! Looking forward to it!

Halil was very efficient and helpful. He understood my needs and tried everything to see I got what I wanted. Very helpful.

Halil was extremely accomodating and very patiently answered my mother and I’s inquiries albeit how ludricous they may be. We’re very excited to receiving our sofa!:)

Worst experience while I visited this place. There was only one salesman in the while shop up and down and he didnt even care to talk to us while we were there. We spent almost 15 minutes but he just decided to stick with the family who he thought was his prospective buyer. Very bad selling strategy, he didnt even thought of talking to us while we were exiting.

Walked into the Alexandria showroom on the weekend to look at a lounge, but after speaking to Jose, decided to place the order for a Regent 4 seater Electric Leather seater. Jose was very helpful and answered the questions. Hopefully the delivery and install process will be as smooth as the sales.

Excellent service and great range of leather sofas! We bought a leather lounge here a couple months ago and came back for a second one today. Jose has been very helpful. Would recommend you to check out this place.
