When we visited the store Jose with his friendly nature was very helpful with his advice and very patient with us. Jose was even very welcoming to our energetic 3 year old. On my follow up call David was very helpful with adjustments needed to the quote so I can complete my purchase. David was also extremely patient over the phone allowing me to fix an issue with my credit card while on the line to be able to complete my purchase. Thank you very much for your strong customer service focus Jose and David!

José at Alexandria was great, explaining the options for the 3+2 sofa set that I wanted, with pros and cons of the possibilities, and happy for me to take a few days to think about it. I went to one of the showrooms elsewhere, where I happened to be for other reasons, to look at the colours and test-sit in the lounges, which were very comfortable. When I rang Jose back ready to make a decision, he sorted it out with no fuss within minutes, and arranged to have my sofas delivered from another city in three weeks rather than having to wait 14 weeks for them to be made. I look forward to getting my lounges soon.

Salma was an angel, she helped us significantly. We had been looking for a lounge for the longest time and she really helped us narrow it down. Very happy with the purchase. My husband and I definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Salma in Sales. Lovely lady who really cares about her customers. Very knowledgeable about Lounge Life products and patiently answered all my questions about the various sofa models, leather types and colours. Definitely recommend.

I missed the sale cut point but a day but the sales team in Alexandria went above & beyond. They secured me the sales price on sofa saving over $1000. Result the sofa is in stock & will be delivered the day after I move into my new home. My friend has the same sofa too. Great prices, great sofas, great service.

Hosea did a great Job he was quick to action & followed up our purchase. The only reason I didn't give Lounge Life 5 stars is because the interstate freight is expensive & there was a discrepancy in freight charges state to state. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good service. We are waiting to receive our lounge so I can't comment on the quality yet. I will post a follow up once we receive the lounge.

Had an excellent experience choosing my lounge at lounge life. Jose is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of his product. He comes across as very honest with his intent being to make sure you get the best lounge suited to your needs rather than just trying to sell the most expensive item. Their lounges are very competitively priced too considering the material used and the size. A+ experience.

We were attended to by Jose who was very patient in answering our questions and providing us with the pros and cons of several lounges. Walked out purchasing a new lounge.

Place shows true colours. 50 % cancellation fee on a product already in the shop?

Wow. Amazing principles.

They charge 50% of the whole order as cancellation fee for a lounge that wasn’t constructed how we wanted and it was not send out or anything (in stock lounge and also more expensive option than we’ve wished for). Wish they mentioned that before placing an order.

My Wife and I live in the Shellharbour region. After some research we discovered Loungelife in Alexandria.

My wife and I knew it was a fair way to go but their range was really great in what we wanted and very reasonably priced.

We were not disappointed. We met with José’ sales rep/owner I think. Not only was this man easy to talk to but he was very professional, honest and very funny. He informed us straight away depending on what we want it could take up to 12 weeks to get because of COVID.

Lucky for my wife and I he had what we wanted in stock and we are getting the delivery next week. I’ll update this review once we have the delivery. If you need to deck your house out go to José’ I say.
