With great knowledge around the area and market, Matt is able to answer any questions we have and always get back to us promptly. He is very approachable and great. It’s indeed a great experience and we will try to use his service again when we are looking to buy another property in the future.

Such an unprofessional agency. No response to the emails. I have been contacting the agent for a property, I got no response for the entire week. Then the open house was planned, but before the open house on Friday evening, the property was removed from listing without any response. Agency of rude and unprofessional people.

Worst service ever, very rude and bully people there, this real estate doesn't care of there customer at all.the lady on reception is talk very rudely over the phone or in person.do not got this real estate ever.dodgy people.if you want to avoid mental stress and trauma never go for this agency

The worst customer service, rude receptionist and office staff, no understanding, if i was able to give negative point i would give -10 to them, unprofessional and very in humane non understanding staff. People who have commented positive are those who are having commission or working. Want to have mental stress all the time choose this real estate.

I thought I'd write a review after 3 years (still with LJH) first time renting and I must say LJH Blacktown office has always been helpful and quick to respond. I have 0 issues with them. Quick and responsive always whenever I've had issues. Big shout out to Ashlie. Thanks for everything!

A business run by mafia to rip-off people. Never ever expect bond to be returned in full. LJ hooker will try to usurp your bond and will go to any length to do that. Beware, o, people from LJ hooker. Friendly, advice to all people seeking residential tenancy to avoid LJ hooker. Worst company in the world.

Very good service. I spoke to reception and they were very helpful in assisting me in obtaining a valuation for my property. I recommend LJ Hooker Blacktown as a place to take your business to.

I came across some of the negative reviews of LJH Blacktown, so I decided to share my experience.

My investment property at Griffiths St, Blacktown is being managed by LJH Blacktown since past 4 years and I have never had a problem. My experience so far has been good. My property manager has changed 3 times over the years but all of them had been responsive and deposited my payment on time.

I'm a happy customer.

I was looking around for a very long time to buy an investment property and spoke to a lot of agents in Blacktown.
Stavros was very helpful and professional. Even though I hadn't made an offer straight after the inspection, he followed me up as promised and asked me if I would like to make an offer as he already had a few offers and wanted to give everyone a fair chance from the inspection to purchase the property.
I bought the property and all my questions were answered and made everything very easy for me.
