Super nice women and very helpful. We went to a few house inspections with this agent and she was super nice and had a big smile in every inspection. She answered all questions we had and she is also great at communicating when I email her. As a person who is renting for the first time and is new to this whole experience I’m so glad we had her and so far it’s been a great experience.the agent we had is Shianne Mcdonlad. She was very professional and I definitely recommend this agent!

First Home Buying Experience
As first home buyers, my wife and I were lucky to have had Matt guide us through the process. His wealth of knowledge, level of professionalism and accessibility whenever we had questions or concerns were invaluable in our experience. He was honest with us about the property & process and we never felt pressured in our choices as he was always at hand to argue both sides of the case and discuss options to better inform our decision.

Do not use this agent to manage your rental property. Highly unethical not disclosing a conflict of interest and admitting to misconduct whilst wanting to continue to manage your property after the misconduct was discovered. Stay away from them - they have inexperienced, deer in headlights property
managers - if you can even call them property managers looking after your property. Be careful they will place their relatives in your property without informing you of the huge conflict of interest and will be so lax about your property due to the connection! If there was a zero rating I would definitely give it to them!

Went to a house inspection and loved the house… so we applied for the house.

Upon speaking to the realestate agent, my partner had stated in confidence that we just found out we are pregnant with our first child and we feel this would be a great family home…

When doing a “employment check” this agent had the audacity to not only disclose our private information but asked my employer if I will still have a job after the baby… I was 5 weeks pregnant at the time - I hadn’t even told my own family yet.

Very disappointing because I had to have this conversation with my employer when I wasn’t even prepared nor ready to discuss my work situation.

I ended up getting legal advise on this agency, although I never took action I did learn that they are legally not allowed to disclose information provided to them. The employment checks are to confirm employment and that is it and I was also advised that it is unethical to ask questions like “will she still be employed when the baby is born”….

Although we never got the house I feel this review is important for those in contact with this organisation. What your agent did made my work life very difficult and actually caused months of stress, since my employer ended up making discriminatory decisions on my employment based on your disclosure of my personal information.

It’s very disappointing and the agent who did this very heartless even if it was legal. You knew we where only 5 weeks and you also knew we hadn’t told anyone yet, as my partner had told you that. Disgusting to just share someone’s news like that

Was really happy with their communication with constant updates and feedback on what was happening and I could see that they did not leave any stone unturned.
