Recently gone through the sale experience for the property purchase with one of the agent Poyan. He's one of the worst agent to go through with the sale process. He wouldn't answer the phone calls, no call backs, no messages. And he won't apologise for not answering calls and extremely rude behaviour in calls or messages. Never approachable and biased with other purchasers, always ignoring and showing no respect to Asian (Indian) purchasers. I will never recommend him for anyone. Please help buyers or customers from this kind of agents and show basic level of customer communication skills. Thank you

I have called to enquire on a couple of properties in the past couple days and never got a call back.it took 3 days for the rentals girl to call back & send me an application finally.some service

From the beginning Matthew was forthcoming with his attitudes towards the property that we intended the purchase and provided some insight into the local market. He is a learned agent who had answered questions that I was yet to ask. This is something that I admire in an agent. I thought it would be difficult to purchase a property in the midst of this pandemic, however, he was very accommodating to the arranging of schedule appointments and ensuring that we minimised our exposure where possible. I must admit it was refreshing to come across somebody as humble, accommodating and knowledgeable as Matthew. If you are looking for somebody to sell your home or to purchase a new home, I would not look further than Matthew, you will not be disappointed.

Matthew was very knowledgable about the property and the amenities and the area. Very professional and extremely friendly. Thankyou Matt we are very excited to move into our new house.

Great at communicating, very prompt. Very professional, probably the best real estate agency my wife and I have dealt with so far. Only critique I could give was to mention that there was no antenna at our property even though we were told there was. Otherwise a great agency.

During the process of purchasing a property in such a competitive market I dealt with Claire over a two mth period. She was genuinely interested in helping me secure a property. She provided market insights and options on properties suitable. However the best thing about Claire is how transparent and open she is. Very high level of moral and work ethics!
