Nik from Let's rent has topped any expectations that we've ever had from a property manager! We are very impressed with the professionalism and passion of the team at Let's rent, especially Nik, who made everything run perfectly smoothly. We have leased our house several times but never thought a service like this even existed! We had only one open house and a signed agreement a few days later with the perfect tenant. I've had my own properties managed by Let's Rent now for many years and I also recommend that all of my clients consider using them (I'm a buyer's agent). The reasons are these - they ONLY do property management. The principal is ACTIVE in the business and has a PASSION for it. They treat your property as the ASSET it is and manage it accordingly. They also deal with tenants with RESPECT. They do what they say they will do. They INSPECT REGULARLY. They are PROACTIVE with repairs and looking for advice as to the CAUSE of building issues. They really are the difference between a "set and forget" investment and a pain in the neck.

Let's Rent are rental specialists and that makes them unique at what they do. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Lisa and her team are always available to speak to and answer any queries (as we found out over the long weekend, thank you Lisa).

They are definitely one step ahead of any agents. Each time my property has been available to rent they've found good tenants really quickly. They are prompt to fix any repairs in the property with excellent and reliable tradespeople.

Let's Rent are great.

Excellent service. Lets Rent have been amazing! Specifically Asher has gone above and beyond for me this year. He has provided an outstanding service and nothing has been too much trouble. Recently moving back to Australia a lot of the negotiations and paper work had to completed outside of work hours and Asher made sure he was always available in my time zone. Thank you so very much for making my move home as stress free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Lets Rent!

We love working with the team at Let's Rent. I've worked with Lisa and her team for almost 6 years, and just listed another property out of area which she has leased at the first open. It demonstrates that no matter what type of property, or location, the expertise in leasing is there and they know what they're doing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlord.

What a great and positive experience dealing with these guys. Not only did Asher have an in depth knowledge of the market but was very helpful during the negotiating and application process. Asher always went above and beyond and was happy to answer the 1001 questions I had day or night!

If i could give zero stars i would. They seem to be great for a certain type of landlord (cause they will completely disregard your legal rights as a tenant and steal as much money as they can) but absolutely shocking for tenants (NB no offence to landlords in general as Im sure lots of landlords dont like stealing from people). I had an absolute nightmare with them from the very start with numerous issues but just to share one example to show what scammers these guys are and how little they care about tenant's legal rights or the damage they cause. Even though they are supposed to sign-off the bond at time of outgoing inspection (at the very least within 24 hours) they stalled and told me they were still determining costs I owed them (despite professional gardener and cleaner being paid for by myself and property in exactly same condition as when I moved in). After nearly 30 days I became concerned and contacted lodgement board to put a claim on the bond myself.turns out they put a claim in, without my knowledge, for the entire amount, on the same day they did the outgoing inspection and had my copy of the claim form sent to the owner's address (knowing I would not receive it). I have 30 days to sign that form to contest or it automatically signs the amount they entered over to the owners.they were hoping I wouldn't notice within this timeframe (I was lucky to have caught it 2 days before the cut off date and put a block on the bond and set a date for the tribunal board). This was not an innocent error and them forgetting to send it to my actual address as we were in contact during this time and I was asking them constantly when they were going to determine amount and release the bond (in all these conversations they 100% knew they had already put a claim on the entire amount and said nothing. Well, not nothing - they made up numerous things that they said were damaged, with zero evidence - as a very responsible tenant this caused me a massive amount of stress as I knew it was a lie). Another factor that points to the malicious nature of this was that, on being caught, they back pedalled and removed any claim on the bond and released entire amount back to me immediately (likely hoping I would not file an offical complaint with whoever oversees this - I was not going down this path as I am well aware of sydney rental market and that noone is overseeing or enforcing these things - which is why real estate agents such as these continue to survive). In their defence, the landlords were as dodgy and greedy as them so I am sure they were also driving some of the behaviour and actions, however, the way these guys tried to distract me from the fact that the bond had already been claimed by them (sending me daily emails requesting structural engineers to look at the non-existent damage) was so ludicrous and caused an untold amount of stress, time and confusion trying to defend myself against their made up claims (only a month later, when I finally realised what they were really up to, did it become clear what was driving this unreasonable behaviour) - it was insane how little regard they had for the damage they caused in my life and work during that time so the already extremely rich owners could get their hands on my 1.5k of bond money (at end of day, I got my bond back and decided not to proceed with formal tribunal as I determined I would prefer to let them keep the other 1k that the owner's swindled from me - unrelated to the agents and driven entirely by the landlords - and never ever have to speak to them again). Going through the other nightmare, and completely dodgy/unlawful, things they did during my tenancy would require an essay format and far more energy than I could ever muster up again. I have never been so disgusted by people's behaviour and was absolutely shocked anyone could treat people like this for relatively small gains (well for the millionaire owners - for me, that amount of money has a very big impact) - to this day I still get a pit in my stomach when I see their logo.

We had a really bad experience when we rented through this company unfortunately.

They rented us a house which was continually mouldy (all our belongings stored in bedroom three were covered in mould), had a two-inch gap under the front door (which was absolutely ball-freezing in winter), had termites around the doorframes, but worst of all they wouldn't deal with the party boys upstairs who kept us awake night after night with their thumping music. All they needed to do was ask them to leave or put down carpet. The boys also used our electricity point for their washing and parked their motorbike in the garden. They shouldn't have a mix of professionals as well as students in one maisonette house. We are professionals who needed our sleep.

After they bullied my boyfriend, and we had eventually left, what was worse is they reduced the rent for the next people by $70pw because its in such bad shape! Whenever we drive by, I shudder and feel so bad for the poor young people in there now, who will likely end up with a lung disease from actually sleeping in room 3.

We had a truly miserable experience at 1/142 Mullens Street, Rozelle (which they listed as Balmain).

They should be struck off
