I am renting out my house for the first time and used Let's Rent to find a tenant, leaving me to manage the property myself. Lisa was fantastic to work with - she was quick to reply to queries, was warm and friendly and came to my rescue when I was in a pinch. Much to my relief, the whole process was quick and easy. Also, as a renter myself, I was very keen to support a business that prioritises tenants, not just owners.

As a long time renter and property owner myself I have dealt with various Realtor's and unfortunately as a renter excellent service is not a given. Having just signed a rental lease with Let's Rent in Balmain, my husband and I have been impressed with their Professionalism, use of modern technology and quick response regarding any of our inquires or concerns with the on-boarding process into a new lease. The most pathetic excuse for a business I’ve ever encountered. Unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. Dodging calls, avoiding responsibility, am now in a dispute with them

I would give negative reviews if possible. This is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with. Two different people were corresponding with me via email sending different $ amounts needed for bond. It took a week of me harassing them before they finally sent the lease within 3 days before I was supposed to move in which they say say you must pay bond 3 days before you get your keys.

I signed the lease and paid for the bond the same day they finally sent me the lease. Then Chris emails me asking did I just sign the lease? I hear from no one regarding when I am to receive my keys after emailing Jess and Chris with no response. I call Nik who showed the apartment and he said he would have Chris call me. Chris called me completely oblivious asking why I wanted him to call me. I said I want to know when I’m getting my keys because I’m working and getting a fridge delivered. He said I’ll give them to you at 9am, I said great I’ll meet you in front of the apartment.

9am waiting for my keys, I call Chris, tell him I’ve been waiting 10 mins in front of the apartment. He said oh no you have to come to the Balmain office. I got upset because I’m late for work, getting a fridge delivered and I don’t own a car so going to Balmain was definitely not part of my planned day. I asked him to come give me the keys and he said he had other appointments. I called Nik and explained the situation, he said he would bring the keys.

I used Let's Rent for a year and half and also during COVID, and I must say they have been nothing but helpful and supportive. Skie, the senior property manager, is especially amazing. She was always willing to help us communicate maintenance issues with the landlord, always responsive and professional. I would highly recommend you to use their service:).

Nik has done a fantastic job finding a tenant for my property. It took less than 4 days, which is quite amazing in this current situation. I chose Let's Rent as my agent as I used to rent a home through them and found them to be the best agent by far I rented from. Leasing a property during COVID 19 was risky and after having my property managed terribly by another local agency we were recommend to try Nik from Let’s Rent.
