We've used Lets Rent before when they provided an excellent, reliable and trustworthy experience as a letting agent for our property. We have just rented out another property recently and have been reassured that the standards of service, and good value, have been maintained. The Let's Rent's agent has been very professional, efficient and provided excellent and timely advice to prepare our property for rent. It is now under contract with new tenants within a week of advertising. They made the whole rental process easy for us, good systems and processes to follow. Highly recommended.

Terrible Service for Tenants. Waiting over 6 weeks for repairs to property that still have not occurred.

Just moved our rental to this company. Lisa and her team are so friendly and true professionals. They were responsive to all our requests and proactively meticulous with their screening process for our new tenants. Look forward to a long working relationship with this team.

Please beware if renting off Lets Rent! We have rented many times and this was by far the worst experience. Rented a place on Stafford St, Paddington. So many issues with the place from day one. Agents were so slow with responding, were rude and so dismissive of major issues (which were only rectified AFTER we moved out!). Rooms were completely out of use due to water damage because of structural issues and old rusty taps, and it took huge arguments to get any sort of discount (we received none in one instance of not being able to use the downstairs gym for months). Owner always wanted to put defects through insurance which delayed repairs beyond belief. Also, I’m fairly certain they allowed the owner to come and view the property nearing the end of our tenancy, but said he was a builder - it was pretty obvious. Terrible experience! I can’t see how most of these positive reviews aren’t fake.

Let's Rent provides an excellent service which makes property management so easy. The management team is very professional and friendly and recently negotiated a nice rental increase for my property. Thank you Let's Rent!

I would warn property owners to think twice before engaging this company to lease and manage your property. A neighbour of mine is having terrible issues with new tenants who have rented the property next to her under false pretences (they didn’t sign a lease, someone not living at the property applied and signed it for them) and the occupiers are very disruptive, keeping her and her baby up very late with noise. She’s very upset and the agent is not acting on what is a breach of tenancy. As a real estate agent, I know this isn’t legal. You never know who they’re allowing to live in rental properties, because they’re fully aware of the situation.

Judging by all the other ONE STAR reviews, I’m surprised Lisa is still in business.

Edit: there was never a middle aged couple living there. It was a party house of 18 year old girls.

Gisella was very responsive and helpful, especially as we were moving from overseas. We received a video walk-through and photos of all areas, and the electronic processes were all excellent. Highly recommended!

I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is - after agreeing (with owner of property) to co-fund a common wall issue they have not paid the owners share of the building repairs. Now just under 70 days overdue. Contact with the office by myself and the builder have been ignored. Shamefully disrespectful to the trades person who has completed the work and it is his income that is impacted.

My partner and I have been renting with let's rent for the last 3 years in two different properties. As landlords ourselves, we could not recommend them highly enough and they have set the bar for property management. We wish we could have them for our own property but unfortunately it's too far. Every property manager has been great, especially our current PM Khyati. They're friendly, responsive and professionally manage the communication between the tenant and the landlord. Five stars
