We bought a brand new MG HS Essence from Lansvale motor group back in April, all the people seem to be very nice. We picked up the car at about 5pm, it was a bit dark to inspect the whole car properly, about week later we noticed a crack on an internal moulding where you get access to the rear lights. We had a tow bar fitted by the dealer, the installation seemed to be ok but we assumed the only way to install the tow bar and wiring was to take the rear bumper off and the rear mouldings to the rear lights hence the damage.
The car has been for its 30 day 1000k service but nothing has been done.
We had also made the dealer aware of other issues, like the muffler having a hole in it and the exhaust system already having rust on it, not very good for a new car.
Not happy with the dealer tint that seems to have pin hole size bubbles in a few places.
The underneath of the car also has some surface rust in certain locations.
These were all pointed out to the dealer and nothing has be done.
We have written an email dated 21 June 2021 and attached pictures, to date have still not heard anything.
We have made several phone calls if the phone is answered you never get the person you need to talk to and your told that the person you need is either not there or they will return your call, that does not happen either.
Apart from all the above the car drives well no other major issues so far.
If my email is not responeded too and the repairs are not actioned, I will take further action, thank you.
I would like to thank Sean and the entire LDV landsvale team for the great costumer service, great approach and the support they provided me, they just made the purchase goes very smoothly. I strongly suggest everyone to purchase their car from there.
The sale was great just had to wait till June for the Ute but wasn’t happy with the delivery as when I went to pick it up my dash cam and tints weren’t done, so then had to wait for the dash cam to be fitted. Booked for my tints and went to pick it up that afternoon and it wasn’t even done. Got upgrades for it (lift kit, bull bar, winch, snorkel) but on back order till august. Which I have gone to other places and the upgrades can be done ASAP. Still no confirmation when it will get done.
Just a little update on the previous review. These mechanics either stuffed up or intentionally sabotaged the installation of a new garrett turbocharger by putting a screw in one of the water pipes blocking it and causing the turbo to get extremely hot and fail prematurely after around 70,000kms. See photos attached.
The Great Wall Canon Dual Cab Utility is excellent. BUT LANSVALE CABRAMATTA ARE DREADFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY FUTURE BUYER. THE SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THE MANAGER SAYS THE FIRST THING THAT COMES INTO HIS HEAD TO AVOID TELLING YOU THE TRUE STATUS OF ACCESSORIES THAT WERE TO BE ON THE VEHICLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
I have been here 2 times to service my mg3 auto and it has been a fantastic smooth experience on both occasions. Customer service is great, such lovely staff.
I went here as the person I spoke to on the phone was great. I had to bought a CRV a year back but needed to upgrade to a larger car for our growing family.
Good intial first meeting, test drive and negotiations and getting stock before Christmas. But after that when we picked up the car, it was not ready. We had to wait over an hour and missed out on my mums important cancer appointment with doctors. Plus waited for the my spare to be fitted in as well. They hadnt even put the plates on, person who showed us around the car wasnt that knowledgeable. I felt like I knew more as I read the catalogue of the car.
Comparing the service I got from Honda from the get go to the send off. I can sure tell which dealer just wanted our money.
This was an OK dealer but far from great.
Today I went with my friend who brought her first new car ever. Landsvale MG Group couldn’t have been any nicer. I introduced my friend after we recently brought our own new MG.
The staff and entire dealership really know how to provide the very best customer service something that is very much missed in today’s world.
Thanks again to all the staff that assisted us both. MG Landsvale is definitely a dealership that I will visit again and refer friends to in the future.

Constantly chasing the organization for extras ordered, paid for on my new vehicle, and still no confirned delivery date. Purchase experience was ordinary. Their team made an appointment however they arrived 40 minutes late and my new car wasn't ready, and there was mass confusion on a simple trade-in vehicle.
The worst Customer service experience I have had from car dealers. Toni Hindmarsh was the business manager who I unfortunately was dealing with. Took all my details and entered into her system on Sunday but did not click on submit application for loan until the following Thursday which was confirmed by another Finance Consultant. If I had not called in 4 days, the application would have been in draft for ever. Then it took another 1 week to finish the application only to find out what due to a new employment, I did not qualify for Finance in the first place as I was still under 3 months probation period. So 2 weeks of waiting was for nothing. This could have been advised up front.
A Genuine pleasure to deal with.
Craig was our sales rep, he was very quick and responsive.
With Craigs help, everything was done over the phone, had a deal sorted out within an hour, and my car is on the way!
Amazing service from Michael and the team, Michael was always happy to answer any of my enquiries and nothing ever seemed like to much trouble. Michael is very easy to deal with and never once tried to push a sale. I definitely recommend them!
All the guys were very helpful in the process of purchasing my new vehicle. The guys were very truthful in what they can offer and they offered the maximum trade in value. Really happy with their service.
