Walked in today and was greeted by Mark at MG Lansvale, extremely helpful and was great with my elderly parents. I did not end up buying an MG today but nonetheless was happy with the customer service and professional from Mark.

I had my car serviced by Lansvale Motor Group and all seemed good until my headlight once again blew. I spoke to them about the problem and was prepared to book my car in for them to replace the bulb until one of the office workers told me to replace the bulb they'd have to take the front bumper off. I'm a woman but not stupid enough to be taken advantage of. I know that you pop the bonnet and pull off the cover so simple.just an example if them trying to say it would be a big job to scam me of more $$$. A fifteen minute job if that turned into a 2.5 hour job.you should be ashamed of your lying tactics to make money.absolutely disgusting and unprofessional dishonest and rude. I would have given 0 stars but then I couldn't post this experience as to how I was going to be taken advantage of.

Highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer. The process was so smooth and they were great to deal with. Peter was great help in answering all my questions and was very patient with me. Happy with my new beauty! Thankyou LMG

Most Doggy dealer.me and my friend suffer with damage car while purchasing and they didn't even help us with loan car.really suffered especially lady called Nadia at beginning she was very sweet once I reported damage never reply for email nothing plz people do not buy car from there.

If I could give 0 stars I would on behalf of a relative, they’ve sold a faulty car that was deemed to be “brand new” and it was working fine upon purchase till later down the track it has already broken down 5 times already. My relative has only had it for a few months and has been doing their best to take care of it so it’s so unfortunate and unfair that dealerships like this have to lie to be able to make it through their sales. Unbelievable.
