We have bought 2 vehicles from Salim at Lansvale this year. His service has been excellent, friendly, efficient and always very accomodating. We will happily come here again to buy another vehicle.

Poor communication
No update on when car will come in
Ignore calls and does not follow up
Sick and tired of their lack of service.
Will be going to fair trading to get my deposit back!
Would not recommend. Go elsewhere!

Brought a Mg last November they lied about the kilometres about the car it travelled and was dishonest about what the car was used for not helpful or any help as my power steering failed and car off the road for a month this was supposed to be a brand new car paid over $30k wouldn’t recommend any one to purchase from Lansvale

The manager by the name of Sam who is in charge is an absolute disgrace to this dealership, very rude and arrogant and stood over us like we are pieces of scums, he was very passive aggressive in the way he spoke and made negative remarks such as “who are you” and “why should I” over a $145 Garnish when we were paying full price for the Vehicle, he had no positive way of dealing with the situation. Absolute Disgrace of a human being with no customer service skills at all. He also hung up on his coworker David in-front of us when he was discussing the add on.

Thank you Sean and David who work there they were fantastic up until this rude and arrogant manager named Sam showed up and ruined a $40,000.00 deal over a $145 Garnish.

Very rude and arrogant manager, treats consumers with passive aggressive behaviour and makes you feel looked down on, very shocked at how this person is allowed to manage a dealership with customer service skills like this. I don’t recommend anyone dealing with this manager named Sam.

My Wife and I are very happy with the service we received at this dealership. Tiffany was exceptional from start to finish answering all of our many questions with patience and courtesy. We were able to test drive 3 different vehicles so as to make an informed decision on which model best suited us. We found all of the staff to be friendly and professional as we moved through the process of buying our new car and we look forward to the arrival of our new MG ZST.

Had such a great experience from the sales team, specifically Tiffany! We decided to try Lansvale Motor Group as we weren’t happy with the customer service at Campbelltown and wow did she go above and beyond for us. We put a deposit on a van and the turn around was literally less than 1 week. Could not recommend enough. Thank you once again Tiffany, we’ll definitely be back.

Rude customer service.
Peter, The car salesman first asked me if I could even afford the car I was looking at. Was genuinely interested in buying the car but I just walked away because the salesman was rude and condescending.

After looking for a new car for quite some time we decided on an MG zx
Lansvale MG not only had the stock when we needed but also had great staff.
Tiffany In sales made a warm and welcoming environment for my 8 months pregnant wife with out myself present.
Negotiating a more then fair trade-in without trying to up sell,
Tiffany herself deserves 10 stars truly going above and beyond to make our first new car an exciting event for our quickly growing family. The facilities were first class with the hot drink machine which especially impressed our 3 year old with a perfect hot chocolate. A modest play area and lounge area that were comfortable and we'll kept.
With a red bow on the hood upon collection topped off a truely a special moment for our family and
MG lansvale went all out to make it a special event.

I can't speak highly enough regarding my experience at Lansvale Motor Group when purchasing a new MG ZST Excite. The salesman Noah Black was no less than amazing.he ensured that the test drive was easy with out having to wait around.when it came to the paperwork necessary to purchase a vehicle. Noah happily took the time to explain everything thoroughly ensuring I clearly understood the process.he gave me a great deal with added extras and made an extra effort to have my car ready to be picked up in the shortest time possible.he even had a lovely big ribbon bow on my car when I picked it up even though he wouldn't be there.and on the day Sam was available to make sure everything went smoothly.
Since the purchase and pick up of my car Noah has been helpful when I've made enquiries regarding the availability of accessories and where necessary making himself available to assist the fitting of those accessories.
The overall stress free process and friendless the staff LMG was a breath of fresh air.
