The process of car purchase was very smooth and easy. The sales guys were great, but the most impressive was Corina Skupien, the business manager. Fantastic service and excellent communication skills. Great experience and highly recommended.

Terrible service center. They treat their Lease Plan cars like second garbage. I take my Toyota's to Ford for service.

They look after customers very well and listen to the concerns, they have.
Hopefully you will get a better service as well.

I recently needed to drop my Corolla off at short notice at Lander Toyota to check out a steering problem. I took it to my local Toyota dealer as I thought they would have the expertise and experience in repairing the problem with my Toyota Corolla. The service consultant Lisa gave excellent advice and customer service. The car was fixed and serviced in less than 24 hours for a reasonable cost.

The sales team is good. They will show you many cars as wish. But be careful if you finance from them. I feel they trap you in finance without properly showing the final cost of it.

Not customer-centric at all. Told me the new car will be delivered by 10th of November. And later moved it to 5 th of December. The manager of sales guy called me to arrange loan car (with cost attached) three weeks ago. Have not heard from him since. Toyota Corporation will be ashamed to find how their name has been abused/ misused by this lot.
