Was quoted $500 over the phone to replace the rear drums and brake shoes on my Toyota, this turned into $2500.
They're excellent liars and theives.

Our car broke on the M7. We exited motoway and phoned Lander Toyota. Left a message with Receptionist, asking someone to give us a call. Shortly thereafter spoke to Jason, Assistant Manager of the service department, to trouble shoot issue. He suggested not ideal to drive vehicle and he organised for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership. He later phoned us to confirm that they had received the vehicle.
With staff still away on leave from Christmas /New Year he was upfront and told us it be over a week before they could get to it. Next day he phoned to say vehicle was ready to go. Arrived to find vehicle washed, as oil had leaked everywhere, Was also surprised to hear, " No charge" for repair or tow. Despite the vehicle being 12 year old, it was a warranty issue.
Highly recommend. Jason and his team are professional & polite. Thank you Jason, and your team, for the excellent service. If we lived in Sydney, we certainly know where we would have our vehicles serviced.

The servicing department staff all appear to not want to help not answer any questions whatsoever as if asking them a relevant question was like them doing us a favour. Yes we are seeking their services but at least be friendly and helpful.

Was such a nice experience ordering through Kieran, he was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and had an immense amount of patience with me, as I've changed my mind in what car I want about 5 times since starting to talk with him.
