So I've been away for a couple of weeks and haven't had a chance to do something about the last 90k service was told my not factory wheel were not removed from the car so how do you check brakes and suspension remember 90k service no lube sticker and my penrite oil lube sticker removed and on floor so please explain.

Came to the service today to see if they can do anything about my built-in standard audio unit which went into reboot loop. One hour later got told “your unit has internal failure and the whole unit will need to be replaced for another $1300” $330 please for ~1 hour of work. Well.thank you for nothing. Office is nice and people are too.

Recently had a bad experience with Toyota Blacktown.
I bought a Toyota Camry from Blacktown branch around 4 years ago with a mechanical warranty of 5 years. I got all my regular car service done from them only but after my last service which was worth $900, engine oil started leaking. Took my car back to them and they advised everything is fine. Continued to face the oil leak issue and booked another appointment and this time they advised that there is an issue with the engine and the repair will cost me $1300. I am wondering how come engine repair not covered under mechanical warranty.
This is really bad to know that we pay so much money every time on service (which we can get done way cheaper outside) to remain covered in warranty and at the time when we need it's been refused.
