Pool is great, great for kids, we'll come again. Just want to leave feedback for the kiosk/canteen. I almost waited 30min just for one hot chips, i think i would of waited longer if i didn't ask for them because my two little kids were hungry. There are so many people just wanting chips, maybe have one person filling chips orders only to serve people quicker. Rather then having everyone wait while nuggets orders are cooking etc. I saw so many frustrated people waiting so long for their food and some asked for a refund.
The kids working the canteen didn't really seem to care about the number of people waiting at the pick-up window.
Never the less the Chips were yummy and nice chicken salt

Was good for the ANZAC parade. I hope all diggers and returned service people get free admission to the pool. After all it is a war memorial pool.

Amazing customer service and care from the whole team working today. Well done in looking after our safety regarding the slide with the windy weather conditions. Your staff here are always exceptional.

Great variety of pools. Plenty of shaded areas and green grass spots to sit with family. Hot food and coffee ️ too.

Yesterday Tue 3/1 I took my two
grandchildren to the pool thinking we'd spend the afternoon there. Upon arrival 3.15 there was a sign saying tokens for slide sold out. Fair enough I thought although infact it wasnt open. After entering we realised the water park was only half operating with no bucket fall. The diving pool wasn't open not even for swimming. 1/3 of the Olympic pool was closed for lap swimmers. To top it off they then evacuated everyone from the Beginners pool for an unknown reason. Meaning every one was crammed in the Olympic pool unless you wanted to wade in the baby's pool. We were going to have dinner there but hot food wasn't sold after 4pm. We left after less than an hour. More people were paying to go in without anyone giving them notice most pools were closed. Being summer school holidays I thought this was very disappointing. Next time we'll go to the beach.

Lambton pool is a treasure. Set amid an historic park, it is a rare public amenity still serving Newcastle. There are 3 outdoor pools from a kids pool, a laned swimming pool for the serious lappers and a dive pool frequented by sports teams and exercise groups. The staff are fantastic and you can get a great coffee and light food after all your hard work. Outside there are plenty of parks and places to walk
It's close to great food outlets and shops too!

Mostly young kids staffing the facility, run off their feet for hours, all extremely polite and friendly.
One thing that may help the food mile long line up - have 2 serving. One for hot food + one for drinks and iceblocks.
Great day out with what seemed like all of Newcastle!

Great public facility in the heart of lambton. 4 pools for all ages, from the just crawling to the experienced waterpolo player. Lots of space, a splash pool, waterside and BBQ make it the perfect place for a casual dip, serious training or party fun
Food and coffee also available

Very reasonable prices and great helpful staff, super friendly. Had my nephew's 2nd birthday here and the gazebo hire is well worth it! We loved the waterslide too!

Very clean, lovely facilities. Great for families with kids of all ages as there is a splash pad, a very shallow pool, a 0.5 m wading pool and an Olympic size lap pool. The new waterslide looks great too! Lots of people set up early to enjoy the day on a sunny day.

It has 4 pools with different depth. From kids to adults are ok. It has water flash and a water slide. The ticket is pretty cheap. It has food stall inside the pool area. Parking slots are available including roadside parking.

Great pool complex to tale little ones to. Plenty of space, with lots of shade, two little pools and a water play area for the littlies. Was a high school swimming carnival on in the bigger pools but and over in the littlies area there was plenty of grass to run around on and picnic tables and seats. Staff are delightful and attentive.

Excellent family value. Safe fun in the sun with pools and a slide to suit everyone. Very reasonable cafe prices. No healthy food but as a one off was good enough. Could do with a few more reclining chairs and sunshades. Overall though very good

This is a large community swimming pool. Entry fees is very reasonable and children under 3 get in for free. The facilities are well maintained and there are life guards present all the time.

There are 3 pools each of varying depth and purpose. They do have water aerobics classes and swimming lessons which will cost you extra and only run at set times.

Overall I would recommend this pool to everyone who has a kid and want to beat the summer heat.
