Laing and Simmons St Mary's are very professional and their customer service is exceptional. They managed to find me a good tenant within 2 weeks of signing up with them. Very happy with them.

My investment property in St Marys has been managed by Megan since 2016. I have been very happy with her professionalism and responsiveness to any issues raised by either by the tenants or myself. The quality of tenants has also been great with several lease extensions. I'm sure it's a team effort, so keep up the great work!

What an amazing service by liang and simmons St Marys especially Linda. Linda always take pride in her work and go extra mile to look after clients. Impressed with routine inspection report she sent me with pictures of the house. Never had this before from any managing agents. Thanks Linda keep up the good work and all the best.

I'm very unsettled with what I've heard about this office in our community. Appalling behaviour, I will never recommend this company.

I had sold my property, bought property, rent property and rented my investment property all through them.

Stephanie is a good property manager. Paul abbasi was good and Aman is a gem of a sales guy. Highly recommend.

1 star is perfect for this Real Estate.
Customer service is so poor and unprofessional no call back no text message replies.
Not sure how they run their business.
We tried a number of times to contact the staff made offers by text and had no replies.
I didn't know that houses are bought via text message offers.
Anyway they lost my business we bought and spent our money in colyton, do not buy from this agency.

Over quoted on a property I was selling just so I would sign a contract, one week later suggested I drop the price. Agent wanted a quick sale at a lower price. Was more interested in a quick turnaround to get his commission. & advertising the property as sold just him & the agency look good. Didn't even try to get me more

As a current tennant of a rental property i have found all staff members professional and polite.

Where do i start? What a completely incompetent team of realtors. Couldn't even receive a call back to inspect a property. Staff couldn't care less to call me back or to notify me of any updates. Do not deal with this bunch, you won't get anywhere. After various attempts, i have given up in pursuing any contact. Unprofessional and disappointing.
