Fantastic Agency
Just a quick review! This was my first rental property. Obviously I had a few first time jitters, but the team at St Mary’s made my the entire process easy and seamless. Alana in particular was incredibly helpful and acted within a customer focused and professional manner. That really made all the difference to alleviate the stress of moving into a new property.

I will definitely return to Laing + Simmons in the near future when looking to buy into the property market.

In St Marys, I have two rental properties being looked after by Sharnee Hundy from Laing+Simmons, Sharnee is very reliable and responsible, she follows up any issues from the tenants so that I don't even need to check on my properties for years. The service I received from Laing+Simmons St Mary's was extremely poor. This company treats those that rent as second class citizens. This company does not follow through with what they say and their manner, well there isn't any. On one inspection I meet their rental consultant who was wearing thongs, chewing gum and had no communication skills. I had to ask her name as an introduction was beyond her. Of course her web site image portrays her in uniform and looking very coprate. However, when I meet her it look as if she just got out of bed. I am glad that they portrayed their true image as I will not approach St Mary's Laing +Simmons when I purchase my next home.

Laing & Simmons St Marys have been managing my 2 properties for over 3 years now. Their professionalism and communication during this time has been exceptional. Brodie Walter’s is currently managing my property and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is great communicating what tenants need and his recommended course of action. Amazing agency

When I requested an inspection day and time Laing + Simmons where very quick to reply their staff at St marys office are very polite and friendly. The application for the rental property I had applied for was made very simple and easy and one approved I received a call in regards to transferring my power and internet to my new rental property this was also a great help I had both changed in a matter of minutes no waiting time on the phone to each provider. All in all Laing + Simmons st marys has to be the most professional realestate company I have rented through. So a special thanks to both Chloe and Shanne from St marys office who made the move from start to finish for me and my kids a great experience.

Do not rent through this company.the rental staff are bullies and lie to there customers been the owners of the house. I had a very bad experience with them and just spoke with the owner of the property I was renting and he was lied to about everything they supplied to him.and they even try to get you to pay for things 3 months after you vacate the property.honestly steer clear from these people future owners and renters

I was very surprised at the fact that Paul Abbasi the director of the company dealt with me directly and didn't just pass me onto his employees. This real estate agent in my opinion are very professional and very humble. Well done and thank you.
