My experience with them has been without a doubt the best and less stressful so far. The team went above & beyond to help my family and I secure a rental property, knowing we had just days left in our current property. Connors communication has always been promptly and professional and we can not thank him enough for assisting us with locking in the perfect property for our family.

Take a look at all their 5* reviews - spam bots with 1 or 2 other reviews. Says it all, really!

This review is aimed particularly at Rosie. What a legend! Professional, hardworking and extremely helpful.

On many occasions she has come to the rescue with managing my property in St Clair. Even the after hours calls/emails she does her best to get back to me when she’s available. Hard to find someone like that these days.

Shana-Lea Hollier is a good manager. Whenever I have a problem, like repairs or maintenance, Shana provides a very quick response and resolves the issue. She genuinely cares about the tenants.

I recently moved into a new property through Laing and Simmons St Marys. My property manager Shana-Lea has been such a pleasure to work with, she has made the stresses of moving and changing to a professional and welcoming real estate as easy and smooth as possible.
She acted very fast when I brought it to her attention that my hot water system wasn’t working and I didn’t even have to go without a hot water for a day. She’s very kind and professional when talking to you, I’m a very anxious person and struggle in social interactions but she has made me feel very comfortable and I trust that throughout my tenancy I can rely on her.
Shana-Lea is very knowledgeable about her position and workings of real estate, it’s very far and few between that I have had pleasant experiences with previous property managers, so it’s really refreshing to have a friendly and approachable agent that I can comfortably communicate with, without having to be anxious and nervous to open the lines of communication.
Thank you Shana-Lea, you’re definitely a great attribute to your organisation and I look forward to my rental experience with Laing and Simmons St Marys.

After engaging Chloe to help rent out my property I have to give her 5 stars and more if they were available!
