Was a tenant with these guys and I think a lot of negatives is unwarranted as I'll gives you a couple of tips

Pay your rent on time and you don't have an issue
Landlords
To get and keep good tenants, put yourself in your tenants situation and think would i live with that
Anyway Ray was nothing but helpful and very knowledgeable
As tenant they are so disrespectful and not helpful and especially Zabi Akbarzada is so disrespectful and not professional at all
Not professional, bad at communicating. Do not trust them it has taken over a month to still try and get my bond money back even though they prove no invoices of why they have taken majority of my bond money. FEEDA is very slow and especially responding to any emails or calls. Receptionist are good for nothing. They just pass on the call to the agent and usual it's a dead end. Worst agency we've dealt with. Friendly to get you the house. Any problems after is your problem
I'm a new resident of the property. I called and ask about installing NBN to the property. It wasn't that she didn't give me the answer, it was that she was dismissive of the situation I was in. I felt like I was being shoo'd off the phone with her speed and inflection.
I was hoping this place would be different to most real estate agencies but I'm afraid these guys fall into the same trap as everyone else. They take the time with you, until you sign the contract, then you're just a number to them.
Communication problem, specially Louis. Even 1 star is too much. If you are renters, don't trust on him. Always keep second option. What he says and what will happen will be completely different. Be aware of stay away from him.
Bad experience with Jas. My mother called up to ask a few questions about a property that was listed and he was really rude. He wanted to know her relation to the property and why she wanted to know. After finding out the property was sold, she then asked if there was anything similar and he abruptly said no, didn't even ask for her details to call if something does come up. He clearly doesn't care about potential buyers, steer clear.
